This is the Veggie Skillet. I had already eaten two rashers of bacon. Clean, well run, friendly staff, good food.

    The Chickenator Sandwich
    Stephen I.

My dad recommended this place from his Detroit pd years from back in the day and honesty. I was pleasantly surprised Me being a sandwich guy I ordered the chickenator sandwich. Took that first bite and it's was good the flavorful chicken breast was marinated greatly. Although I think it could use an update maybe a spicy Mayo instead of reg Mayo. For that reason I got it with out the Mayo. The only other problem with the sandwich was the huge tomato I mean Daym. But over all the sandwich to me was still a 4.9 out of 5 again shows it's not hard to ruin a chicken sandwich but still rather rather impossible. At least with my fair share of experiences

    Chicken noodle soup

I have 5 star for the service and presentation of the food. To me it's a hole in the wall type place it's clean but I need them to clean the window ledges they are very dusty and people sit near that. My first time here o ordered simple stuff o just needed a little something to carry on with my day so I ordered a small bowl of chicken noodle soup and a Gyro sandwich. The soup was just ok the Gyro wasn't good they had three very thin sliced Cesar of gyro it's not the kind off the spit it's gotta a bitter taste and too salty I ate half of it because I was hungry and wasn't about to waste my money it's 6.95 for that. They have good service AND I'm sure the other food taste better I saw someone with an omelet that was huge and falling off the plate I should have went with that. The menu is decent and enough to select from its sort of Coney Islandish in there drove by for years never stopped until now . Looks like a lot regulars come in waitresses was using first names as people walk in. They practicing social distance and you can dine in. I wouldn't order the Gyro unless you want little meat or ask them to double the meat other than that you just eating a onion and tomato pita sandwich ‍

Super bacon and Swiss omelet. Think enough hash browns???

Clearly a family run place. Waitstaff you and attentive... All must be brothers and sisters, teenagers. Not big on conversation but attentive and friendly. Portions huge! Coffee decent and plentiful. Worth price for sure! Note: the honey was "honey product" which is a little honey and a lot maltodextrin (sugar). Not good. Guess honey is too expensive....

This place is definitely worth a visit if you are ever in the Detroit area. First things first,…read morethey do not take reservations and they are always on a wait, that should tell you that they are good. We arrived in the middle of a snowstorm on a weekday. It was a Friday though around 11am and, predictably, they had a wait. We had to wait about 30 minutes for a table. It was totally worth the wait. Their ambiance is cute- the hallway is clean, they have bench seating and they put you on the list to get a text, so you could sit in the car if you really wanted to; we did not. They could use a foyer though. It was 22 degrees and snowing so every time the door opened we were instantly freezing. The menu is massive so if you're trying this for the first time and you're from out of town, honey bring as many friends as you can so that you guys can order everything!! Theeeee must have that I tried were the smoked wings. I have never had wings that were smoked and then fried baby they were crispy. They were seasoned to the bone and were delicious. I almost ate them all and had no room for anything else. We also did the berry pancakes which could feed 3-5 people alone; second of all, they're not overly sweet, which is why I did berries and not the peaches or anything like that; and, third of all, the pancakes are the size of your face, but they are fluffy and melt in your mouth! These were easily top two pancakes I've had in my life. We also tried the shrimp and grits, also a 10/10. A generous portion of shrimp, not overcooked and the sauce was bomb. They do put bacon on it if you're not a bacon eater pay attention. I tasted around it anyways but yes, we also tried a vegetarian omelette with home fries. This was just a 7/10 but probably because we only ever tasted it reheated because we were too full to touch it. It was 3 entrees and an appetizer and was definitely enough food to feed a family of seven. This is a must visit place, so if you are in the area and have never been: make time!!!! And take some friends. Each plate is a day's worth of calories!

I was finally able to try this place and was very pleased!…read more This place is very unique and has some really delicious selections. Started with their version of beignets. Theirs are more like a fried croissant, which isn't bad at all. Theirs flavors added with the dipping sauce was great. Their breakfast portions are no complaint. They are most definitely shareable sizes. I ordered a southwest skillet (just some things out) and I loved it. The shrimp and grits were really good too. Service was nice and everyone in the restaurant worked as a team. It was also very clean in the inside. Prices were very reasonable as well. I will gladly give them my business again.

Dellah Coffee & Brunch House is a not-so-hidden gem in Dearborn, MI, serving Yemeni-American food…read moreto the large Arab population in Dearborn as well as to tourists like my boyfriend and I. Dellah is located on a mixed residential and commercial street with plenty of parking nearby. We chose to eat lunch here in June 2026 since it wasn't too far from our hotel and we saw that they had outdoor seating - important since we had my little dog with us. The place was very busy but since we were eating outside, we had no wait and we were waited upon promptly. There are a LOT of American choices on here (like sugary pancakes) but a third of the menu consists of Yemeni food. I got a traditional Yemeni tea ($4.50) and my boyfriend sipped on a smooth matcha latte ($6.50). We had a big breakfast that morning, so we chose to just share the lahm sighar ($20), which comes with a piece of khuba bread, and also order an additional khuba bread ($2). About 15 minutes later, our food was ready and after taking the necessary pictures, we dug in! Needless to say, the extra bread was not necessary. I don't know what we were thinking but we assumed a piece of khuba was small. Nope! Each piece is the size of my 17-inch computer. Anyway, we used bits of the khuba as silverware to pick up the deliciously tender lahm sighar, something I saw others do when I went inside to use the bathroom and nosily looked around. I must mention that the BATHROOM HAS A BIDET. I REPEAT. BATHROOM HAS A BIDET!!!! Hehe :) seeing it just made me happy lol. So anyway, I saw that the coffee section of Dellah is set up inside like a traditional coffee shop where you can grab and go some coffee, tea, and pastries if you'd like. I did grab my bf, dog, and I some water from the coffee counter, which is self-service. We didn't leave a crumb behind and loved our food here. I would happily come back again! There is a 3% card surcharge fee so I paid the bill with cash, which came out to about 45 dollars after tax and tip. A little pricey, thanks to our expensive drinks, but so yummy!

I came here with our team. There was 10 of us in our party…read more Not sure whose idea among the Dellah staff thought it was a good idea to squeeze so many guys and me at two small tables by the door. This was an awful table to be at in here. We hardly had elbow room or table space, especially after the giant platter sized bread was out with all of the breakfast/ brunch items for half of the table. I ordered the Fazolia. Everyone else got omelets, burgers or wrap items. Yes, a couple of team members weren't keen on ordering Fasolia with scrambled eggs, large Greek salad, 2 lahm sighar (one with potato and one quit eggs), 2 smashed burger, Yemeni scrambled eggs, chicken fajita, Greek skillet, southwest skillet, chicken wrap, coffee, tea without milk, Turkish coffee, mint lemonade refresher. Every team member said their food was good. The scrambled eggs are a tad runny and looked a bit puréed. The fasolia has good flavor and even better with some heat. It came out piping hot. Without the added eggs, this dish would be woefully lacking in substance for me. I would likely still be left hungry with the beans alone, since I don't eat the bread, generally. I tried the bread to give it a go, it's good. The Greek salad is nicely plated or bowled rather. The ingredients are in separate piles and looks like a pinwheel. The red onions were crudely cut. The tomatoes looked wrinkled and not so appealing. The Greek salad was underwhelming for me. The tea doesn't taste good, definitely need some honey, sugar or the milk here, although I favor nothing in my tea.
