You can sit and wait in the the little patio area or maybe even eat there (I took my order to go though) The service is quick, easy and the guy that helped me was nice. I got a Cheese burger (wrapped nicely in some foil paper) and some fries. The burger comes with potato sticks, cheese and a mix of ketchup and I'm not sure what sauces but it's pretty good. the fries were thick and fairly portioned. Wait time wasn't too long. Reasonably priced. Oh and they have a cool lunch special from 11:30am-3:30pm of two burgers, 1 portion of fries and one coke for $13.99 perfect for all the hard working men on their lunch break! Lol. Listen, if you're looking to explore some BBQ, this place is FIRE. It's got good food, a friendly…read moreguy cooking it, and my only regret is not coming here first thing in the morning so I could have the freshest pick. One thing about me is I love to have BBQ fresh off the smoker, but I do like that this truck is well equipped to keep everything warm, soft, and juicy. We tried the ribs and they were BUSSIN. Soft and amazing. In my life, I've never had ribs that soft before. They were seriously incredible. The pork sausage, though, was a HIT for me. I'm a girl who loves sausage, any kind, and the way this was so juicy just hit a spot for me. Matter of fact, I'll stop cooking sausages at home and simply come buy them by the pound here. The pulled pork was good. It's my fault for putting Sweet Heat BBQ on it without trying it first because LORD JESUS. I don't know what I was thinking. I underestimated the heat, and usually I love it hot, but LORD. I think my bread absorbed all of it. So, tread lightly with the hot sauces. For me, next time I think playing with a regular BBQ sauce and adding little dashes of the heated sauces myself would be the move. BUT IF YOU LIKE CRAZY HEAT, THEY GOT IT. The mac was good. The beans were FIRE. Perfectly sweet, and they actually have protein in them, which I can't say for all BBQ bean spots. Overall, it's worth the money. The service is respectful, and honestly, I will be coming back. I'll be ordering less food next time because LORD, I bought too much, but I'll definitely be back for a fresh brisket straight off the smoker. I can't lie. All in all, they're great. I like BBQ that tastes like hard work. Frankly, I want some love put into my BBQ, not just something that was simply cooked, and here they definitely have that. Only a true master can get sausage the way they do it here. 10/10. All juicy, all good. I'll be back. I can't recommend enough that you need to pivot your Thursdays through Sundays and try this place, ESPECIALLY IF IT'S FRESH OFF THE SMOKER. Real BBQ isn't about the presentation. My car, my hair, and my clothes all smelled like I rolled around in a smoker, which is exactly what I want from my BBQ. P.S. My dogs were going crazy for my fingers and trying to jump on the counters to get a bite, so you know it's good because they're well trained.

How have I lived in Hialeah my entire life and just now discovered this place?!…read more I came specifically for the famous pan con bistec, and it did not disappoint. At $10.99, this sandwich is easily big enough to feed two people. The garlic aioli takes it to another level. Simple, flavorful, and seriously delicious. I'm officially a fan. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and the setup is casual. You order at the counter and they bring your food to the table. The menu is limited, but honestly, when what they do is this good, I'm not complaining. I'll definitely be back to work my way through some of the other sandwiches.

When we arrived the dining room was completely empty, which allowed us to sit down in total peace. Wendy greeted us with a smile, welcomed us, and gave us several excellent recommendations from the menu. We ordered to share a lechón sandwich and a pan con bistec (beefsteak sandwich), both cut into several pieces to make sharing easier, along with an order of fried ripe plantains and two beers. Both sandwiches arrived generous in size, with fresh bread and abundant filling. The lechón was juicy and flavorful, while the pan con bistec lived up to the sign that claims "El Mejor Pan con Bistec de Hialeah." The fried ripe plantains were perfect, sweet, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Even though the dining room was empty, we could see the large volume of Uber Eats and DoorDash orders, plus many people constantly arriving to place takeout orders. It's clear the business has strong delivery and takeout demand. The atmosphere is simple and typical of a good Cuban café in the area clean and functional. The service was attentive and friendly. Overall, a very good first impression. Generous portions, authentic flavor, and cordial service. We will definitely be back.

So soft it melts right in your mouth as you bite down (I admit to have had a dream about the bread alone) Personally, I am not a big fan of truffle so I don't see myself getting anything Dubai again. But if you love truffle you would LOVE the fries/burger. I went for the classic and it was so solid. The burger sauce is killer. One day I will try their "famous" soft serve or perhaps a milkshake. The staff are very friendly and helpful clearing your plates for you. A fun vibe inside & lots of seating!

Very Disappointing Value for $22…read more I went to La Birra Bar Doral wanting a burger without the bun, what is commonly called "green style," where the bun is replaced with lettuce. What I received was honestly shocking for $22: two burger patties with cheese, some sauce, a little onion, all sitting on a bed of lettuce. That's it. I came here to eat a burger without the bun, and what I ended up eating felt more like a poke bowl than a burger. I understand that restaurants have higher costs today, and I have no problem paying a premium price when the food and portion justify it. But $22 for what was essentially two patties with cheese on lettuce is, in my opinion, extremely poor value. For $22, I can go to almost any restaurant and have a complete meal, with a proper entrée and sides. Paying that amount for two patties, cheese, and some lettuce simply doesn't make sense to me. If you offer a burger "green style," removing the bun shouldn't mean turning the meal into a bare plate of meat and lettuce while still charging a premium price. The customer should still feel like they're receiving a complete meal. The issue wasn't the taste--it was the value and what you actually get for your money. I walked out feeling completely ripped off. Unfortunately, at these prices and with portions like this, I simply cannot justify coming back.
