They are supposed to clean the pool when necessary. My pool is green but I guess that's not considered necessary. My navigator has not worked since last week, but he didn't even get close to it to be able to see if it was working. If he spent 10.minutes in my property, I think I'm being generous. I cancelled my service as of today and will no longer be using them. Best of luck.

A lady assisted me and from start her demeanor was unpleasant, as I selected the piece I needed to purchase I asked what the store policy is for returns or exchanges. The lady simply replied with "i don't know" and I obviously questioned that because as an employee you should know basic store policies, she answered again "it depends" I asked if she could double check with her manager, she simply stated she couldn't, almost like she was not willing to continue assisting me. It is unacceptable, as a business owner you cannot have employees like that in your store, that's how you loose sales and clientele. There's better candidates out there that would be more competent for this store. This happened at 10:15 am on 7/14/26 while I was the only customer in the store. Completely unacceptable and rude.
