From the moment she walked into the room, we were immediately more excited and eased how anxious our bride was. Dana was very patient with all of us, and always had the best attitude with all of us. Our bride had a Pinterest board of the vision she was going for, and every dress Dana pulled was a hit. We probably "oooh"ed and "ahhhh"ed at every single one. Dana had her try on every kind of style close to the bride's vision "just in case". She ended up saying yes to a dress (the third dress tried on), and Dana put on a whole production with a veil, sleeves, and a bouquet and even had our bride sit with her thoughts for a minute and envision herself in that dress during the wedding. This was such a great experience, that we cancelled our second dress appointment at a different spot. 10/10 experience!

We got there a couple minutes before her appointment and even after checking in, were essentially ignored while other parties were greeted and escorted inside. This happened for a while with people who came in after us getting much more seamless service; we had to re-alert the front desk staff that we were still waiting before we were finally led back. I will say the stylist was kind though once she asked my friend for her preferences, she disappeared for almost ~30 min. This definitely cut into our already delayed appointment and took away from the overall experience. There was a bit of a gap between what my friend was looking for and what the stylist pulled though I don't think this was their fault at all. Towards the end, we hadn't found THE dress and there was definitely an all hands on deck moment where multiple people came by to grab dresses, clear the area, and "assist". I honestly think it would have been more constructive to literally state that we were approaching the end of our appt time and wrapping up. Though this store carries a good amount of variety, I would not recommend this experience to other brides. It felt rushed, impersonal, and overall detracted from the shopping process for my friend. The store itself is expansive; the front exterior facade is a complete fake out because it winds and winds in the back and has a good amount of capacity. Parking is street parking which can get busy/full so allow time for that as well.

We were fortunate that they happened to have on hand another Honda CRV wheel available that had been powder coated so we could see the actual color and texture when it would be completed. After an annual tune up and an self diagnosis of a particular part, I assumed it was the Carburetor and reached out to Destiny Small Engine Repairs for a professional diagnosis. After setting up an appointment and speaking to Kadeem by phone, we both thought it might be the Carburetor but wouldn't know until I dropped off the lawnmower. Kadeem said he'd look over everything and give me his full assessment in less than week. During the middle of the week Kadeem sent me a picture of my engine pressure, noting that it was extremely low and it was unfortunately the engine that was going out; which with a now 13+ yr old lawnmower I could expect. Kadeem gave me the option of looking for engine parts for a rebuild, but suggested a more cost effective engine swap. What particularly impressed me was the fact that Kadeem was willing to give me a good working lawnmower, that was donated but he didn't need. If I just wanted to do the engine swap myself since I've done a number of repairs myself on my lawnmower. But instead because of that generous offer, I decided to have Kadeem maintain the business and do the swap instead. Picked up the lawnmower and checked it out, and it started up better than I can remember. Overall: Excellent service and great communication along the way, and very reasonable prices for repairs.

The short version; I highly recommend Ovation AV. If I need any further TV mounting or any kind of…read morelow voltage wiring, I am 100% going to be giving these guys a call. I had a fairly annoying request when I reached out to Ovation AV; I had an existing TV that I wanted removed, have that TV placed into the box for the NEW TV, move the mount position on the new TV so it hangs lower, and hang up the new TV on the existing mount. They were able to come out within 2 days of me making the request for quotes on Yelp. Matt and Joe were both super friendly when they came in, offered to wear the booties that keep the house clean (which I declined), and got right to work. The entire process took a little over an hour. The old TV didn't quite fit in the styrofoam from the new TV's box, so the two of them spent some time cutting it down to size! On top of that, they ensured they vacuumed up the little pieces that inevitably get created when you touch styrofoam. On top of all that work, they came in at a super reasonable price for two people doing over an hour of work.
