Customer service here is top notch!…read more A few of us were in the area for a brief period and signed up for Islamorada Fitness' Sunset Paddleboard Yoga class. Unfortunately, the day the original class was scheduled for was too windy to hold the class. Andrea contacted us early in the day to allow us to make other plans, and worked with the instructor to reschedule the class another day. That day came and we again got weathered out due to high winds. What are you going to do? You can't control the weather. She checked the forecast and made plans with us again for the following evening. Thoughout the entire process, Andrea and Liz (our instructor) were so kind and accommodating. Liz wanted to make sure we got to enjoy the class while we were in town and (happily) sacrificed her personal time to accommodate our schedules and the weather. When we finally made it out on the water, it was absolutly perfect and well worth the wait. We enjoyed a nice paddle and a peaceful practice watching the sunset. I can't speak highly enough of Liz, who even insisted my friend take her towel after she fell in the water (oops). The practic was so fun and was challenging in new ways - I'd highly recommend this class to anyone wanting to spice up their practice with a little something different. Even doing very simple poses takes on a new challenge and offers new visual perspectives from atop a swaying paddle board.

I visited Froggy's Fitness on a Sunday with my family of four. I've been to the Keys many times…read moreover the years and even worked out at this gym in the past. Unfortunately, this was by far my worst experience. When I asked about daily fees, I was told it was $25 per person per day. I was shocked at the price and politely asked if there were any discounts for locals. The front desk person rudely asked if it was my first time in the Keys. I told him no, I've been coming here for years and had never paid such exorbitant rates. He dismissively said, "That's the price." I then showed him the gym's own website, which listed $10 per day and even offered a 20% discount for teachers, police, firefighters, and students. I explained that I am a firefighter, my wife is a teacher, and my two kids are students. He refused to honor either the online price or the discounts and rudely told me, "If you don't like it, you can go somewhere else." This level of unprofessionalism and false advertising is unacceptable. Not only was the staff rude, but they also refused to honor their own published prices and discounts. I will never return here and cannot recommend this facility to anyone. I sincerely hope the ownership re-trains their staff on customer service and integrity, because right now, this gym is doing a disservice to both locals and visitors.

Her flows are a perfect balance between movement, inner power, and connection, I love the pace she sets for the class and the liberating, nonjudgemental space she creates. Time flies by in Crystal's classes and I always look forward to the next one. Crystal is extremely friendly and accommodating, she moves around ensuring everyone can see her and assists in positioning students as well if necessary. Participating in her classes early in the morning really set the pace for my day, allowing me to unwind and leave all worries behind - reminding me that presence is key, as is taking time for oneself. Thank you, Crystal!

MY CHILD who is developmentally delayed, (Doesn't process things like you and I) mentioned to me that a 15 year old girl slapped him in the face because he kept tapping her arm. He notified Brandy of what happened and her response was "Well Things Happen". NO ONE from Rockstar notified me about this situation! WHY AM I HEARING ABOUT THIS SITUATION 3 WEEKS LATER!!!!!!! Anyhow, I immediately called the owner, Brandy, and there was no answer. I texted her demanding a call back regarding a situation that happened after also showing up to the studio and no one opening up the door. Shortly after my text to her, she replied stating she is aware of the "incident" I am speaking about and that she pulled up her cameras to play back what happen. (At this point I still have not spoken to her on my concern, I was still just requesting a call regarding something that happened). After the text Brandy gave me a call stating the incident happened 3 weeks ago, ( because of my childs delay, now when he mentioned it to me). i understand "things do happen" but a 15 year old slapping a 6 year old is a MAJOR concern especially when I TRUSTED brandy taking care of my children. Not now for my son to be scared that Brandy is going to get upset at him for snitching. I requested to view the cameras as brandy keeps stating my child is lying but now she states it does not record that far back. She also mentioned about having voice on her cameras and that my child was using bad words. So then I quickly questioned her on why I can't see the video/hear, it so if my child is lying, I can address it. Then Brandy started saying "you can't hear everything on voice" Everything about this has been sketchy.. After this situation it is proof that I can not even leave my daughter for dance because I am scared that one day a man or another adult will do something to her and I will never hear/know about it until she tells me and by that time "the video is out of date". Their is GROWN adults/Men working out while our little ones are dancing! definitely, don't trust this place moving forward, you never know what can happen!!!! this is RIDICULOUS! MCSO has been notified but because it's a rock start is a private business they are allowed to deny to view the footage, I need to get subpoena to view the video...
