She started us off with a bit of calming breathwork & then woke up my senses by offering a sample of essential oils to enjoy, & she followed this by cueing tons of playful yet relaxing & challenging poses which opened my body in just about every single place I needed it to open up today! We were offered a very relaxing cool down period & by the end of our time I was feeling awake, aligned, & loving the present moment, & it was already time to offer Namaste to eachother at the end of class! I visited Froggy's Fitness on a Sunday with my family of four. I've been to the Keys many times…read moreover the years and even worked out at this gym in the past. Unfortunately, this was by far my worst experience. When I asked about daily fees, I was told it was $25 per person per day. I was shocked at the price and politely asked if there were any discounts for locals. The front desk person rudely asked if it was my first time in the Keys. I told him no, I've been coming here for years and had never paid such exorbitant rates. He dismissively said, "That's the price." I then showed him the gym's own website, which listed $10 per day and even offered a 20% discount for teachers, police, firefighters, and students. I explained that I am a firefighter, my wife is a teacher, and my two kids are students. He refused to honor either the online price or the discounts and rudely told me, "If you don't like it, you can go somewhere else." This level of unprofessionalism and false advertising is unacceptable. Not only was the staff rude, but they also refused to honor their own published prices and discounts. I will never return here and cannot recommend this facility to anyone. I sincerely hope the ownership re-trains their staff on customer service and integrity, because right now, this gym is doing a disservice to both locals and visitors.

My dad has been recommending the body work to everyone in our family and getting everyone excited about doing something for their physical health. As a Physical Therapist Assistant I take pride in healing people and in helping them return to their lives and jobs after injuries, but rarely do I get the opportunity of having someone work on me. After hours of conversation I was sure that Tony knew what he was talking about, and O got a great "vibe" from him. I decided to try a group session and was amazed! Tony leads the class in a way that is so easy to follow with options for all levels; he pays particular attention to posture and is able to guide you to an optimal position without being forceful. Nothing like other yoga places I had tried. After the experience in the group setting I wanted to try the Bodywork session, and oh boy was it worth it! Tony was able to address lacks or range that even I, as a trained clinician had missed in my relentless stretching sessions, my lumbar pain caused by a day lifting patients was gone, and I felt as if I had been handed a new body. It was truly the most relaxing experience I have ever had, and I wish I could put into words what the session felt like. It was truly amazing! I have recommended this place to my family and even to my "graduating" patients who seek to maintain the gains made in the clinic and further their connection with their bodies. Unfortunately, the day the original class was scheduled for was too windy to hold the class. Andrea contacted us early in the day to allow us to make other plans, and worked with the instructor to reschedule the class another day. That day came and we again got weathered out due to high winds. What are you going to do? You can't control the weather. She checked the forecast and made plans with us again for the following evening. Thoughout the entire process, Andrea and Liz (our instructor) were so kind and accommodating. Liz wanted to make sure we got to enjoy the class while we were in town and (happily) sacrificed her personal time to accommodate our schedules and the weather. When we finally made it out on the water, it was absolutly perfect and well worth the wait. We enjoyed a nice paddle and a peaceful practice watching the sunset. I can't speak highly enough of Liz, who even insisted my friend take her towel after she fell in the water (oops). The practic was so fun and was challenging in new ways - I'd highly recommend this class to anyone wanting to spice up their practice with a little something different. Even doing very simple poses takes on a new challenge and offers new visual perspectives from atop a swaying paddle board.

At the time, I felt the policies were overly rigid and lacked compassion. I was denied entry for being about 7 minutes late because of traffic, was charged for late cancellations that I don't remember being clearly explained when I signed up, and even during a public emergency when schools were closed and I had no childcare, there was no flexibility. It felt like once you paid for a class, there should have been some reasonable accommodation for life's unexpected situations. I'm updating my review because, from my experience this year, things seem to have improved. I don't know if there's new management or if the studio has simply become more customer-focused, but the staff has been genuinely kind and much more understanding. I've noticed people arriving a few minutes late (around 5 -8 minutes) and still being allowed into class, and when I had to miss a couple of classes, the team worked with me instead of just pointing to the policy. At the end of the day, Homestead has very limited Pilates options, and I think it's important for local businesses to take care of their community. Policies matter, but so does empathy. I'm happy to say I've enjoyed coming back, and I appreciate the improvements in customer service. Thank you for listening, growing, and making the experience feel much more welcoming.

I was completely sedentary until the day I walked into Bodhi for my very first class. I had no idea what I was capable of, and I certainly never imagined how much could change in six months! The physical changes have been remarkable, but the emotional and spiritual growth has been even more meaningful. I've become stronger, more flexible, more confident, and much more connected to my body. I've also been supported in my conviction that true growth isn't about pushing harder. It's about listening to your body, honoring your limitations, and discovering what you can do. The support I've received from the teachers has been a huge part of my journey. I've received so much encouragement not only from the teachers whose classes I regularly attend, but even from those whose classes I haven't even taken! They take the time to engage with me, help me work within my limitations, and celebrate my progress in ways that have given me a genuine sense of accomplishment. Most of all, Bodhi really does create a sense of community. I never feel like I have to prove myself or keep up with anyone else. I feel supported exactly where I am, while being encouraged to see what might be possible next.
