I saw this location on ClassPass and dropped in for a class. The location was nice clean and I was greeted promptly. The instructor was great. This class was for all levels and she provided multiple different modifications for each each pose based on how far along you are in your practice. This yoga studio is such a beautiful hidden gem! I took one of Michelle's yoga classes, and as a yoga teacher myself, I was so impressed by how great of a flow she guided us through. You can tell by her energy and knowledge that she really loves what she does & treats her students with empathy and support to guide them through the class. I also really love that this studio goes beyond asana and offers other events throughout the month, like workshops, sound baths, and other holistic ceremonies. I've been coming to this studio for about a year already and I must say that it has changed by life. Starting a yoga practice has tremendously help with my overall physical and mental well-being. But what is unique about this studio is the magnificent energy of its community. Every single person I have met here... teachers, students and the casual drop-ins have been positive and kind. From the moment you walk in you feel like you belong. They recently moved from their previous location and the space is different but it carries the same positive energy. This space is airy and bright with lots of natural light. The decor has a cleaner aesthetic but with lots of wood tones and fabrics. It looks very current yet organic. There is also a retail section with great quality incense and beautiful jewelry as well as athleisure clothing. The rooms are spacious and they have all the props you need. But you must BYOM (bring your own mat). They offer a variety of clases for all skill levels as well as lots of fun workshops. All the instructors are fantastic! I've taken almost all of the clases and can say that every class is a treat. Coming here has greatly improved my practice and I have learned and grown so much. read more

From meditation to vinyasa, this studio delivers. Oh for Ashtanga, Brittnay is amazing. She is great at correcting your positions and she really helps with stretching you to your full extent. I took Jen Sweeney's class and she's a ROCK STAR with her high energy, yet patient ways, her ability to challenge the more experienced as well as the newbies like myself was incredible. The teachers know the alignment points, know how to help you deepen the experience of each asana at whatever level you are at. There is a light, loving energy to the place.
