If anyone knows me, I don't mind working out, but I have no motivation to do it on my own. Plus I never know what to do when getting to the gym. Well, this gym is not like other gyms. It has different types of exercise classes all throughout the day and an instructor to teach each course. I am always working out with a group of people and I don't need to think about what I am going to do It is easy to sign up for classes, cancel, or change classes at any time with their app. It is easy to schedule classes around my hectic schedule which I was worried about wife my significant other working 3rd shift and me working 1st shift. I am not one to always eat healthy. Especially during sports season when I have to run my kids around everywhere. I don't have time to cook. The instructors at All In Fitness gives you an easy diet plan to follow. I use my Sunday to do meal prepping for lunches during the week. I am on week 3 and will be weighing in tomorrow. Between week 1 and week 2 I have lost 5.5 pounds. Their plan really does work if you follow correctly. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They are always happy to answer any questions or give you suggestions to help you reach your goal. They are always on top of keeping you motivated while working out and checking in to make sure everything is going good with your diet. I recommend this gym to anyone looking to lose weight and/or get back in shape.

And, the members of the gym couldn't be nicer and more helpful. I retired this year and was diagnosed with T2 diabetes and needed to start strength training to help reduce my A1C. I was intimidated by the equipment and the routine, not knowing where to start and Wayne, the owner of the gym, guided me through a weekly program, taught me how to use all the machines and free weights safely. Wayne, and this gym, saved my life. My glucose #'s are down 100 points and my A1C went from 10.1 to 4.65 IN THREE MONTHS. I've also lost 35 pounds. I'm stronger than I've ever been and it's because of Wayne and the members of this gym who helped keep me accountable. You'll never find a better place to workout.
