The gym is a warm, friendly space with a mostly older crowd. The space is kept clean and the equipment well maintained. The classes are varied and there seems to be plenty to chose from, depending on your needs and level of fitness. The prices seem reasonable with occasional sales and specials. It is a nice neighborhood gym if what you want is to stay active and be healthy.

The place is a little hard to find, so the easiest way in is to drive down the right side of the building and to go in the back entrance. Both the instructors I've had have been amazing! I had no prior experience and am lacking a lot in strength but they were so encouraging and made me feel great. I'm so happy that such a wonderful fitness center has opened in the area and I can wait to recommend this to everyone!
