The studio space isn't particularly huge (one open room that can fit 10-20 yogis), but I typically like smaller settings better anyway. The instructor's name was Tina, and she was awesome! She made my friend and I feel super welcomed from the get go. She asked if we had any injuries she should be aware of, which we very much appreciated. Also, the class was a good size, but she still took the time to ask if anyone wanted I work on anything in specific. Her class was a Yoga Flow class... perfect mix of sweat and stretch! The place is a little hard to find, so the easiest way in is to drive down the right side of the building and to go in the back entrance. Both the instructors I've had have been amazing! I had no prior experience and am lacking a lot in strength but they were so encouraging and made me feel great.
