Me being a female who has no clue about home improvement and how to get rid of infestation...have read just about everything I could on how to get rid of this disgusting problem. Well...this guy comes in looks in the kitchen (where they are coming in from) and does nothing. Heads to the attic puts bait. Not in a bait trap he just throws the bait up there. The attic insulation was a dusty mess full of rodent droppings. He removed it, vacuumed and sanitized the attic, and disposed of the soiled insulation. We live in the Bay Area so we were not able to meet him at the cabin, but he kept in constant communication and sent photos and video of all his findings. He detailed what his process would be and followed through with everything he said he would do. We are thrilled with the results.

The care and concern that I received from Shane during the treatment of my cottage is unmeasurable. I had a severe flea infestation caused from an outside source (squirrels/wildlife) that surrounded my cottage. I have never experienced an issue like this in my life. After a couple months of treating the outside and inside the fleas were still coming in. Shane searched the perimeter of my cottage and it was discovered that squirrels were living in my walls and underneath the cottage, hence why the flea problem wasn't going away. He created an aggressive action treatment plan that was put into place and within a couple weeks the issue was finally eradicated. I really appreciate his determination and dedication to helping rid this problem. He was truly a life saver!! Thanks Shane!!!
