We were charged an initial fee and then did a few months of the monthly maintenance plans. We also had some exclusion work done at pretty fair prices. Had my initial service/inspection today with Josh. Received a text of his ETA and he was very prompt and arrived at the time that he specified. He was able to answer all my questions and was very patient with my concerns (I had A LOT of questions). He was knowledgeable and I felt comfortable proceeding with the services. I showed him the problem areas and he educated me on tips on what to do in addition to the chemical treatments. We had another pest control servicing our home but we felt they just weren't getting the job done. We were still having springtails coming indoors, spiders different sizes randomly dropping from the ceiling and found rat droppings in the garage. I sent a message via Yelp to a couple of local pest control businesses for a quote. Matthew from Valley Integrated Pest Control was one of the few who replied promptly, he was detailed in the service they offered, answered all my questions and was very reasonable with pricing and I was able to schedule a service. The day of service 5/30 I got a courtesy text message that they were on their way with an ETA. Manuel was the tech who came out. It was the initial visit so I did a walk through with him. Showed him the garage he inspected everything even before I said anything else he already had an idea of how a rat could have possible came in and when he looked in the area he was spot on. I was so impressed at how knowledgeable he was. Manuel didn't believe the rat was living in our garage he said the rat was possibly passing by during the winter. But he set up rat taps just incase and sure enough we have not caught one nor have we seen any more droppings. He sprayed indoor and unlike our previous pest control we (my 19month old) didn't have to evacuate for several hours which was great and there was no smell. Manuel spray outside the house, the windows and cracks. He also removed the cobwebs all around the outside. He took the time to explain everything and was so detailed something the other company we went with never did. Manuel was very friendly, professional, communicative and knowledgeable. Over the past few weeks after our first service we noticed so many dead bugs laying that hit the barriers. I also noticed that the springtails almost completely disappeared I was so happy because those little suckers were just everywhere and it almost felt like they had 1,000 lives and weren't going away. Recent service: This past week I noticed red ants and ants with wings literally all over our backyard fence. I sent a message to Manuel and he promptly replied and was able to schedule a service today 6/19. He came on time and investigated the problem. He also ended up servicing our property. We really enjoy Manuel coming out as our tech and getting the job done. We are beyond happy with this company. Wish we knew about them and hired them sooner. Highly recommend this company! When an HVAC repair tech said he noticed mouse droppings in the attic, I found Valley Integrated Pest Control and sent request for a quote here on Yelp. The price was reasonable so I scheduled a pest inspection, including a rodent inspection. They were able to fit me into their schedule in less than a week from initial contact and arrived within the first half hour of the appointment window. They crawled into the attic (during triple digit weather) to set mouse traps, which they will come back to check in a couple weeks. The initial inspection fee also included spraying for insects and sweeping any cobwebs found under the eaves, as well. I'm very happy with their professionalism and friendliness.
