Found these guys by using Yelp's AI assist to get some quotes. Taylor from Pro Max Pest Solutions was super responsive and detailed in what the bi-monthly service includes. I was given a time window for the treatment and Taylor was right on time! He cleaned up all of the cobwebs, took down wasps nest and sprayed the exterior of my yard, including all bushes, and along the perimeter of my fence. He also put out fly traps and fly paste around my yard at no extra cost. I did purchase a mosquito bucket for my backyard and was told it should last for a month. I've heard these can only partially stop mosquitos, but I'm willing to try anything to get rid of these nasties. Taylor suggested I spray inside and told me the spray is pet safe, since I have cats. I signed up for the bi-monthly service for $85 every two-months, but If needed can get an inside treatment next month at no extra charge! read more

I worked with Taylor from Pro Max Pest Solutions and unfortunately, I was not impressed. In fact, about a week later I ended up calling another company to come out. Here is why. I was very clear in explaining the size of my home and land when scheduling the service. However, when Taylor arrived, he explained that he assumed I meant the entire land, house, and property was over an acre. Despite me clarifying this beforehand, I felt like his assumption and oversight were made to feel like my problem, when really that should have been addressed on their end. Out of courtesy, I still tipped him, but it left me uneasy that there was so much confusion about something I had already explained. What stood out even more was that he asked me to walk to the back of the property myself to check for more ant hills, and I had to push back and request that he do so. My thought was simple: why am I paying for a professional service if I am expected to do part of the inspection myself? The results also spoke for themselves. When another company came out, I immediately saw proof of the treatment, dead insects around the property. With Pro Max Pest Solutions, there were far fewer results, and Taylor made it clear that he would only be covering a certain perimeter base. That felt like a shortcut, not a thorough service. Yes, the competitor costs a bit more, but I don't mind paying for quality work that is done with care and professionalism. At the end of the day, I feel like I wasted money with Pro Max Pest Solutions for a job that was not done to the standard I expected. Update below 8-23-2025 @ 9:04 p.m: This is what I mean, lack of attention to detail: Comment from Taylor: I never asked you to walk your entire property to look for ant hills. Yes you did state that your property was a acre but you didn't specify that you wanted the entire property treat or I would of adjusted my price accordingly. My reply back: No where did I say you asked me to walk the entire property to look for ant hills. What I said was: "he asked me to walk to the back of the property myself to check for more ant hills." Taylor: Yes you did state that your property was a acre but you didn't specify that you wanted the entire property treat or I would of adjusted my price accordingly. My reply: I didn't necessary, you are the professional. I was very thorough and you lack accountability, these are standard questions that should be asked when a service is being provided. You never asked, you told me what you were going to do vs asking what my needs were and if I cared to have the entire property treated. read more

I called on Friday evening just before 5pm and spoke with Taylor about a sudden paper wasp nest that was just about 4 feet away from my front door and it appeared as though it fell off my roof overhang and landed perfectly on top of newly trimmed bushes. My concern is that it would get in the way of weekly maintenance for my gardeners and that one might fly into the house upon entering or exiting. I am also severely afraid of bees and wasps. Taylor said he could come before I left for work Monday morning at 7:00am so I do appreciate how flexible he was with my schedule. Taylor was professional and took care of the wasp nest plus he cleared out several abandoned ones around the house. He also gave me some tips about pulling back on my lawn watering time to prevent other insects from becoming a problem. With that being said I would call him again if I had another big problem. Pro Max offers monthly service but I declined at this time. read more

I had this company come out to help with a roach problem. He came a total of 3 times and the last time had us empty our cabinets and told us to leave them empty until he returned. he never made a return appt, when we called we got pushed out a few times due to various reasons. we went a month with nothing in the kitchen and the bugs had only gotten worse. When we decided to terminate service he became very unprofessional and almost obsessive with trying to get us to hear his story aka excuses. I ended up hiring another company and after one visit and one spray I have almost no bugs at all. I'm also concerned that he's charging people for pest service, and is spraying stuff that doesn't work. Truly scamming people read more

This company is so far the best pest company in Madera to service my home! I work remotely for another pest company in the Bay Area, so im pretty much familiar with how these services typically work. From the experience I've received so far, I have nothing much to say but its been a very pleasant and and easy experience working with this company in protecting my home from all these pests! They were quick to respond, honest and transparent with how the services work. They also did not try to sell me on anything else and clarified the treatment plans prior to me signing up. The technician (Jeffrey) showed up on time as expected and he even sent me a reminder and updated me when he left. I absolutely highly recommend PRO MAX PEST SOLUTIONS for your general household pests! read more

I would like to give a big Kuddos to Taylor... Let me begin by saying that I reached out to a few companies regarding my horrific situation that I had just became aware of in my home. " Bed Bugs... Taylor was quick to respond to my text immediately. In a Panick mode explaining I was horrified to be in bed with bed bugs on me. I was crying and scared. Taylor was empathetic said he would be at my home the next day to inspect for bed bugs. Upon arrival Taylor was very professional and introduced himself and asked if I can show him the site. Taylor inspected the mattress and box spring sure enough there was bed bugs on mattress, fecal dropping on box spring and eggs as well. He inspected the room and informed me that the bug infestation was at a level 4 he gave me options on how to handle the situation. He went over all the options in great detail and explained the processes so, I would have a better understanding and decide which route to take for my home situation regarding the bed bugs. Taylor is very knowledgeable and well-rounded experience in his profession; I decided to go with fumigation process. I am grateful that Taylor set up the entire process, was at my calls 24 seven and I am not exaggerating I was calling and texting him throughout the whole entire process. He Definitely goes above and beyond with customer service. Now after the fumigation I became very fearful and still scared that what if all is not dead in my room. I now suffer a little with PTSD over this traumatic experience, Taylor suggested that in two weeks he would come out and do a follow up just to give me peace of mind. I have to say this is truly going above and beyond for his customers... Today 10-10-25 Taylor was not able to come and do the follow up appointment he had to go out of town; however, he did send out his Partner Jeffery which was also very professional and thorough. Jeffery inspected the bedroom, examined all areas where bed bugs hide. He found no bed bugs in any area... I am bed bug free... Yippee!!! I truly have to say Taylor and Jeffery are true to the word... they are here for me and future customers... I highly recommend them with all your bug needs; you won't regret it. best investment I have ever made. They are trustworthy that I have become a customer to keep my home safe and sound without bugs. Thank you, Pro Max, Taylor and Jeffery for saving my home.... One happy customer Liz read more
