I don't recommend Eagle Shield Pest Control. I've hired them for their monthly services, in the two (2) months our exterminator Evan showed up once for the initial in December 2025. For January 2026 he did a no show and made no effort to communicate. I checked the portal days later seen he rescheduled. I confirmed the appointment, he then canceled that appointment without my knowledge then rescheduled for the middle of the month which i confirmed. Today was suppose to be our appointment he did another no show without contacting me. I was waiting all day yet again. I've been a customer of Eagleshield going on 13 years. I first started with Johnathan then Andrew and now Jason has been providing service. I have never had one problem with this company. Each person was knowledgeable, professional, timely and have all had great customer service. My inquiries are always answered quickly. The products they use are effective and efficient I've never had any issues with pests after I began service. They are also very affordable. The price of services have only had a small increase since I started with them which I appreciate and even got a better deal on multiple properties. This company came to my house had access to enter, while I was at work.. low and behold I had cameras in my home and was astonished to see that the person Luke who came out was on FaceTime with his girlfriend asking her if she wanted to see my closet of sweaters, and proceeded to go into my daughters room and had a very disturbing conversation about her room and what was in it, clearly on FaceTime!!! I didn't know my home was up for a video conference and entertainment. I was modified to hear what I heard and see him looking through my shelfs and my seeing what was on my Christmas tree!! I will never let anyone ever come into my home while I'm not home, this company ruined my trust. This guy going through my home was intentional intrusion, he was in places in my home that were beyond the boundaries of my kitchen which was the area he was there to service. Then he disclosed a description of where I live, my personal items, my children's belongings and personal items to someone over FaceTime. The verbiage they were using definitely insinuates that he was looking for items that met her standard of size. Like when they specifically mention a shoe and how it wasn't her size. There is a reasonable expectation of privacy when it comes to living in an apartment and they contract out for a service provider i.e. such as a plumber (or whatever he was there for) and he violated it. Sadly my experience with this company wasn't the best. read more

Gabe at the Tulare County division is not trustworthy at all. I was aware of the situation with the school and the feral cats. He had a reasonable solution provided to him free of charge and was in the best interest of the cats. He gave his word he would work with Tracy and get the cats to a safe place. He admitted to not knowing how to properly trap cats and stated he would not dump them at dairies or farms and he lied. Some of these cats might have belonged to someone looking for them and now they've been dumped again, only this time by a so called professional. Very disturbing, and distasteful. Eagle shield should be careful with who they hire. If he lies about this what else would he lie about? read more

Ridgeview Middle School and feral cats. So recently I was contacted about some feral cats at the school. We went out and caught, fixed, vaccinated and did 3 month flea treatment. And then they were released back. Which is the law. One of the teachers who claims he hates cats and wants them gone actually unlocked the gates to give us access. And one night actually left and left us to close the gates, lock and secure. Now while I appreciate it, he is now claiming I am trespassing. The main reason for this post is that now they have hired a pest control company to trap and remove these cats. Which again is illegal according to penal code 597a. The manor in which they are trapping is inhumane. After speaking with the pest control manager Gabe Lua of Eagle Shield Pest Control, he had said he would release the cats to me once trapped. New information is that he was seen with cats in the back of his truck and informed a school employee that he was taking them to a farm. Again illegal. Like all relationship, pest control reps gets lazy and do the minimum once you become a long term client. For example, cob webs: hardly take the time to clean them from my front garage lights, this should be the simplest thing any pest company can do. I almost left this company for another one, I decided to stay b/c of Drew, he came on board at the right time to service my place. When eagleshield came to our house, they had came 2-3 hours later than expected time. He sprayed the kitchen, bathroom and garage. That night after he sprayed, we still were getting ants in our kitchen. And in the same problem areas. When he was here, he took maybe 10 min at most spraying and he was done. When I tried explaining to him the problem areas, he showed little interest in what I had to say. read more

I was really nervous it might be near impossible to remedy, but Brad & Jason came in and first calmed down the tenant, listened to the concerns, and were able to make amazing progress! They tightened up the property so no vermin could get in and then set traps all over the units to take care of what was already in the units. Due to a field behind our home, we had a bad case of mice and got ahold of Richie, who immediately made time that same day to come out traps outside. Also, before he left, he gave us back up traps for inside the house and within days we seen no more rats outside. We found dead ones and caught the only one in our home. On the next visit, he came and cleaned the webs and sprayed the entire house, inside and out. His professionalism and good attitude was a pleasure. Any pest problems, ask for Richie.
