Spoke to Nick in detail about outdoor service to be done as soon as possible. I fully disclosed being a past consumer with issues related to technician work ethics. Morning appointment was scheduled between 0800-1000 for pest control & management. Military & senior discount was approved through his supervisor. 30 day guarantee after maintenance is completed. Nick "thanked me for my service"! He listened to my pest concerns & professionally recommended the best course of action. EcoGuard Pest Management was clearly the most qualified and best valued company to resolve my situation. read more

EcoGuard Pest Management - Nest of pests - Pest Control Near Me

Professional and knowledgeable. Affordable too. Juan helped me, and he was very kind.

Had an early flea infestation and they cleared it up with just two treatments! Also, the chemicals are not harmful to my animals.

We reached out to Ecoguard when we were experiencing rodents near our home as we live in a rural area of Fresno and our previous pest company was not cutting it nor making the effort to come out and help solve the issue for us. They are very informative, warm and honest people each time we've called for or about an upcoming service. After 2 visits and set traps with sealing off potential entry points, the rodents are gone! For reasonable pricing and competitive against our last pest control, I'm happy to say that we will be sticking with Ecoguard for our bi monthly pest control and highly recommend them for all your pest control needs. read more

Had an amazing experience. At the beginning of this summer we started having issues with those big water bugs / roaches coming into our home looking for water and food. At first we were just removing them ourselves but one day my roommate saw 6 of them and was getting traumatized by it. So I needed a same day service. I contacted other pest control places and this was the only place that could come the same day. The tech that came was really nice and informative. He sprayed our home inside and out and the bugs are gone. The next day I saw like 20 of these bugs all dead around the perimeter of our home. Would recommend for sure read more

We opened a project on Yelp after 6pm and immediately got a response from Carson at Ecogard letting us know they'd be out the following morning. Technician Alex was here before 8:30 the next day and addressed our issues. A great experience. read more

I was incredibly grateful to Akoni and our service technician Alex for coming by my home and taking care of some paper wasps. Along with the routine care they provide. They truly are experts and are very knowledgeable. They make sure to take care of covering everything you'd be concerned about as a homeowner as well as friendly and fast service. Thank you guys for making this so easy. P.S The price is very fair for the quality of service received definitely recommending to family and friends! read more

Johnathan did the pest treatment and service today at my home. I always have a lot of webbing because of living at Woodward Lake. He took the time and got it all cleaned up. We have much less insect problems because of how well they take care of us. read more

Impressed with this company. Had a rocky start with them, but it turned out well. Requested service for a dead rodent under my house. Came out, did inspection, said would have a quote for me in three or four business days. I wasn't happy with this as I wanted my immediate problem taken care of. Manager called the next day, apologized for what happened, rearranged some stuff and sent a tech out. This tech went under the house, found the rodent, removed it. Problem solved. Amazing follow up and willingness to correct issues. Very pleased with what was done and the attention to this issue. Now looking at long term service from them. read more

l like the spray they use its very effective in and out side they will come out with no problem if it needs to be resprayed

Update: EcoGuard management reached out and offered to resolve the issue. They acknowledged the poor service and apologized for the inconvenience. I appreciate their willingness to make things right. They offered a complimentary service to address the mouse infestation and a refund for the incomplete work. I've accepted their offer and look forward to a better experience with EcoGuard this time around. Updated Rating: 3/5 stars (still disappointed with Jared's service, but impressed with management's response). 5/5 stars is for Mark. Mark came by and did a thorough check and found the hole that needed to be sealed up in the attic. read more

Ever since Mark Silva has been doing our treatments we have no problems anymore and haven't seen one water bug in over a year. Thank you Mark read more

We had Mark Silva come by to help with our bug problem in the area and he was amazing. He answered all of our questions and took his time to make our family feel comfortable with the treatments. His attention to detail was amazing and even located a fire ants nest right next to our nursery which he treated immediately. We are so happy to have eco guard taking care of our bug issues and it's one less thing for our family to worry about. We'll worth it and would highly recommend. read more

Mark was great today! Was very friendly and the service went great! I would recommend EcoGuard to my friends hand down!

I have been using Ecoguard Pest Management for a few months. It was a referral from my mom when I discovered a very large and active yellow jacket nest in my yard. I am in the Santa Cruz area and Jose Duarte came out and looked at it and confirmed it was a yellow jacket nest. He went over options and told me it would take several treatments to remove and steps to take. He was very professional and safely made sure it was taken care of. He continues to service my outside monthly and did an intial inside service to take care of some insects in my kitchen. read more

They have made my house bug free. I haven't had to worry about ants, spiders or any crawling critters for almost 3 years now. When they have treated the inside of my house I have felt really good. The payment plans are great and there's no problem if you ever need for them to come again in between schedule visits. The price is good the service is great I would definitely recommend. read more

Carlos came to my home today for an initial visit and treatment of my home. He was friendly and asked what my concerns were and what he needed to be aware. He was aware that I had animals in the home and made sure they were safe. He answered my questions and informed me what was happening today. He wore protective cover for his shoes and hands and did not leave any mess behind. I plan to work with Carlos and this company again for future treatments. read more

I really must say the only unfortunate thing about this company is that it took me so long to leave this review. That was very unfair of me because they really do deserve these 5 stars and a very positive review. When I first went through EcoGuard I was not to happy with the results. It really wasn't because of the company but more so an employee that had done my treatment. At the time I did not know this. So of course I complained. I was pretty down in the dumps thinking the worst. Thinking I would have to go somewhere else and pay again for my services needed. The results from my complaint actually shocked me. I was contacted not only by someone but someone pretty high up in the chain of command. I was shocked on what I was told. Complete honesty. I was told that one of the employees was not performing the procedures as taught and he was definitely no longer with the company. Do you know that saying one bad apple spoils the whole bunch? Well that does not apply here. They got rid of the bad apple and rectified the whole situation. Within one time of speaking to the person who was higher up I felt this huge sense of relief. There was just so much honesty and compassion from them I literally cried when I got off the phone. They fixed everything and made everything right. They even stayed in constant contact and walked us through every move and every option. They were there the whole time and it was comforting to not feel alone or stressed during the process. I have never found a company that was so kind, caring, and so proud and confident in there company. They should be. They were there for my family and myself and I truly from the bottom of my heart believe they just wanted to make us happy. I appreciate everything they have done for us. My house is pest and bed bug free and has been for quite some time. EcoGuard really does deserve the recognition for being the great company they are. Even with the issues in the beginning I without a second thought would give them 5 stars any day of the week. They really are a caring and quality company that I would recommend to any of my friends and family. Thank you again EcoGuard. We really appreciate you and everything you do. read more
