But what I do know for certain is that u must find out where they are coming in from and seal up all holes and cracks. Well...this guy comes in looks in the kitchen (where they are coming in from) and does nothing. Heads to the attic puts bait. Not in a bait trap he just throws the bait up there. Only 10 mins have past and he's gone. 10 mins for a 3 month problem and to many nights unable to sleep. Unbelievable. Horrible job. But just my experience. Some people just really don't care. Sad.

My previous post speaks highly of this experience. Needless to say I cancelled my years long service with Clark/Kellogs and hired Instakill. What a difference in the first monthly service. So I looked at them and found out Raising city Pest Control was my best option. So he sent me a date to come and check on my issues. So stated to see more roaches outside the house and I started to see them coming in the house. So I panicked. I don't like roaches. So then my back yard I had always ant issues. And some spiders too. So he came on the day we set up at the time he said and he was very punctual. He is very easy to talk and gives you all your attention. I showed him the backyard and he right away as my issues. I also mention to him about the roaches. So I told him that the ones I saw inside the house were the same ones from outside. But then he told me are you sure. Because if is the German roach we have to do an inside fumigation. I told him. No I am pretty sure they are from outside. So he told me to send him a pictures of the ones inside and sure enough he said they were not German. I was so relieved. I didn't want him to fumigate inside. I don't like chemicals inside the house. Like I mention before. He gave me the best value for the job. Now he will come back every month to keep up with the outside issues. Thank you Jozel for your review.

Manuel is the owner, I've known him for a little over 3 years. He was working for another company who we were contracted with until he recently opened his own business. Manuel is very personable, professional, intelligent, kind and he really goes above and beyond. He's been coming to my house monthly to spray indoor and out for the past 3 years. He treats my property with respect and wears shoe covers when he enters my home. In the years I've known Manuel he's always taken his time, listened to my concerns and takes his time educating me on all things bugs. We have alot of spring tails, spiders and recently noticed a rise on wasps. During our services with Manuel we see those pest decline until close to our next treatment, as expected. I've had 2 Pest Control Companies and Manuel has been the best tech I've encountered. He gets the job done and his work is honest. Also compared to other companies when he sprays indoor there's no odor and you don't have to evacuate. Having littles at my house this was one of my main concerns. It's a comfort to know that there's no toxic fumes and we can comfortably stay put. Manuel offers treatments for ants, spiders, roaches and rodents and more. He does commercial and residential. Having just adopted a kitten that would live in my backyard, I thought I might go for a more…read moreenvironmentally conscious pest control option. The serviceman was one of the kindest I've met in any business. The service was the highest price I've ever paid for pest control, but I thought it the best option for kitty. I saw many deceased insects following the first visit, which was comforting. Somehow, though, after two-three weeks, the roaches and spiders were emerging again. For $180 I thought I should not see these pests at all--certainly not this soon, anyway. I called for a second spray since the first came with a 30-day guarantee. I appreciated this second service, but I was told it was no guarantee that 100% of my dreaded insects would be taken care of. My kitty stepped up and began eating the spray-resistant pests. I guess she will have to be my pest control because I will not pay $180 again with no guarantees that pests will be eliminated entirely.
