I was given a time window for the treatment and Taylor was right on time! He cleaned up all of the cobwebs, took down wasps nest and sprayed the exterior of my yard, including all bushes, and along the perimeter of my fence. He also put out fly traps and fly paste around my yard at no extra cost. I did purchase a mosquito bucket for my backyard and was told it should last for a month. I've heard these can only partially stop mosquitos, but I'm willing to try anything to get rid of these nasties. Taylor suggested I spray inside and told me the spray is pet safe, since I have cats. I signed up for the bi-monthly service for $85 every two-months, but If needed can get an inside treatment next month at no extra charge!

The technician took a look on the outside of the house and found three different ant hills under the garden mulch, that borders are home. He let me know that he dug out the holes, sprayed them, and then added a "tenting" repellant that would stick around longer most sprays. We've been ant free since January and even with the temperature getting warmer I have yet to see any signs of ants or ant hills. As the weather starts to warm up, this is when all the little creepy Carly is like to come into your house because it's cooler, better call Dustin's!

It's rare to find a home service company that combines technical expertise with such high-quality customer service. We are looking forward to working with Advantage IPM going forward and would highly recommend Manuel Moreno to anyone in need of pest control services. Long story- After months of dealing with recurring issues and growing frustration with our previous pest control company, we finally made the switch to Advantage IPM--and it was one of the best decisions we've made. The final straw came when we discovered a large, active wasp nest inside our dryer vent. Not only was it a safety concern, but it also meant we couldn't use our washer or dryer. When we contacted our existing pest control provider, they told us it would be five days before they could come out. That response was incredibly disappointing given the urgency of the situation. We reached out to Advantage IPM, and Manuel Moreno came out the very same day. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and immediately got to work addressing the problem. The wasp nest was large and extremely active, but Manuel handled it with confidence and expertise. Thanks to him, the issue was resolved quickly, and we were able to get back to normal.
