The technician took a look on the outside of the house and found three different ant hills under the garden mulch, that borders are home. He let me know that he dug out the holes, sprayed them, and then added a "tenting" repellant that would stick around longer most sprays. We've been ant free since January and even with the temperature getting warmer I have yet to see any signs of ants or ant hills. As the weather starts to warm up, this is when all the little creepy Carly is like to come into your house because it's cooler, better call Dustin's!

Not wanting to mess with it, I sent a photo to JAR Pest Solutions via Yelp and asked if he could come remove it. I've had an allergic reaction to wasp stings in the past and didn't want to take a chance. Joseph replied within one or two minutes (so fast!) and explained this was something I could easily remove myself and explained how to do it (and it was safe for me because it was just a mud dauber nest). He advised me not to waste money on an exterminator. So.... I have an incredible amount of gratitude and respect for a busy professional who takes the time to tell me I don't need his services. I trusted them to make them look good but I never got offered a physical proof of it, only a digital one. When I got the cards, you can't even read a single word on any of them. The foil was thick on those areas and so you can't read any of the lettering. I wasn't given any options to get a physical proof before making a decision, I didn't even know you can request that. This little mistake cost me nearly $200 that I won't get back. I was offered a 50% discount to purchase more but I don't have that money right now. I was counting on these cards to get me in the door to customers to begin business and I spent what I had to do so. I am sure their work is excellent but for my first time, I did not get the best service and just wasted money which is delaying the start of my business. I already had issues with another business making my cards and wasted money on them so I searched for a more professional, local business thinking that there shouldn't be any fail with this one. I can't really use these cards because they don't look professional at all, they looks like a sloppy mess that makes it look like I made these myself and settled with the mess I made. Can't say I recommend this business, you just might waste a good chunk of your savings to get your foot in the door in a new business, saldy. I really hate leaving these sort of reviews, it doesn't feel good on my soul but I expected better and got very disappointed. Wish they had a refund or reprint policy

George was at my house at 3:00 on the dot, identified subterranean termites and told me, at my inquiry, that the rate for a house my size (1800 square feet) was typically 1200.00 dollars but that he would confirm with Stan the owner. I did some quick research, found out that the going rate for 1800 square feet was 1200.00 and up. I communicated with Stan, he confirmed 1200.00 and we scheduled for today. Rich and Jimmy came out. Rich explained the process and walked around the house with me showing where the work would be done and patiently answered all of my questions. He and Jimmy worked to move a few things that were in the way (I just had knee replacement surgery 3 months ago and couldn't do much). They completed the work and cleaned up and moved things back. Truth be told, I think they actually left it cleaner than they found it! Rich came into the house and filled the small ruts/holes where the termites ate the trim around my closet door. He put on shoe covers so he didn't track anything into my home. I am pleased with this process from start to finish and highly recommend the services of Stan and his guys at Squish It Termite.
