The last couple times we've been here the place has stunk like cigarettes. I know which stylist it is but I don't want to say her name. I'm surprised the manger/owner hasn't done something. To have a place for children and it smells like the inside of a Las Vegas casino is absolutely appalling! My daughter has been coming here for 5 years but I think it's time to move on. One stylist who is an absolute gem is Kendra! She is always so patient and sweet. We were here for our kid's first haircut and it was a lovely experience. The hairdresser were extremely patient with us as my husband and I were going back and forth on how we needed the hair cut to look like. I truly appreciate the hairdresser's effort in delivering what we were looking for since we also were the last appointment for the day. Highly recommend this place! Took my daughter to get a bang trim. Walked in and the place smelled like cigarettes. I tried to explain to the stylist that I wanted the sides on the curtain bangs trimmed then the middle trimmed and textured. She was able to slightly trim to the middle then did little scissors snips to the middle. In the past we've had stylist twist the middle then brush each side to the opposite which makes the bangs look more professional. I had to take her some where else to get it redone because it stressed me out that the stylist wasn't familiar with curtain bangs. read more

Highly disappointed in my teen daughter's haircut experience today. Bibi was the stylist, and started off very unfriendly, seemed irritated that I asked her to wash her hair, even though I requested that with the appointment. Then when she was brushing out her hair, she was extremely rough, sounded like she was ripping her hair, and my daughter even spoke up that it hurt. Bibi told my daughter she needed to brush her hair more often (but she has curly hair and didn't condition the hair or use a detangler). Her tone was so rude and that really embarrassed my daughter. After the trim she did a half blow dry, so we left with damp hair and an unfinished look. Then when we got home and my daughter fixed the part in her hair, it was so uneven bc she never asked how my daughter parted her hair. I then had to re-trim her hair at home. Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible attitude and service. We've had good service with a different stylist in the past for my son, and I've seen moms and older girls getting haircuts there, so thought I'd try it for my daughter. Never again. Ok, my kid HATES getting haircuts! He freaks out every single time and I have a nervous breakdown. We usually just give him haircuts at home because he hates it that much. We're in town for my husband's work and my kids hair was getting too wild. I finally got the nerve to make the appointment and take him. My anxiety was through the roof! Brittany was AMAZING with him! She was able to keep him calm and comfortable. She was talking to him, playing with him and bringing him snacks and toys. We were in and out in 25 minutes. My 1yo and I decided to check this place out, as her bangs were covering her eyes and it was time for a cut. We were welcomed kindly upon entering. I like how they have toys and hair products and accessories right at the door. So parents, if you forgot to bring something to distract your little, this place has you set!! We were taken care of by Madi, and this is my daughters FIRST haircut. Madi is super patient and so kind! I watched her attend to another little who wasn't as still, and she showed nothing BUT patience and still continued to work with him! I was genuinely impressed! Madi didn't let me sit and silence and conversed with me as she cut my daughters hair, which made me feel comfortable. My daughter is afraid of vacuums, and they had one going, which obviously scared her, and Madi accomodated Nati to make her feel comfortable also, by shutting off the vacuum until we were done! I called for an appointment today, the person who answered said there were no spots available. I asked if they had any available the next day and she said they were also full without checking. The next best thing she should have done is to check and give me the next available appointment options but she didn't take any effort to ask. Currently sitting behind the scenes watching our son actually let himself get a haircut without screaming. Our son is Autistic so it's been a difficult journey for us to successfully get a complete haircut without having to stop midway and just call it a day. Madi is AMAZING. We had a great experience with each of my 3 kids. One got a stacked bob, the other had a portion of her head shaved, and my son had his first haircut. All three of them looked great, and the price was reasonable. The appointments were efficient. Make sure to understand the length of appointment you are booking- some include a wash, and some don't. I like having my girls hair washed by a pro since they are still learning how to do it themselves. read more

Do not go to this salon. The black lady in front is not kind to the customers. We are the regular customers there and never been remind if we late for 5 minutes and needs to be rescheduled. Basically. They never on time to start cutting my son's hair but we were late for 9 minutes today then they want us to reschedule with attitude. Especially you know kids are not easy to control as adults sometimes. There are lots of kid haircut salon out there. Better to support the business who respect their customers more. I called to schedule my appointment and make sure they understood I needed to leave there by 1:45 said that would work just fine. Took my kid out of school over my lunch break to go get a haircut they were running more than 20 minutes behind. I took my curly haired daughter here and they proceeded to blow dry her hair with a straight brush with no heat protectant. Then when she realized she messed her hair up she started using a curling iron on it and braided her all hair up in to one braid! I paid 45 dollars for her to barely trim her hair and use heat tools on my four year olds hair! If you don't know how to cut curly hair say that! Don't take your curly haired babies here!! read more

I love this place! My boys had a blast playing in the play area while the other one got a hair cut. It was extremely clean and the staff was friendly and great with kids. We were the only ones in there since there was only one stylist working so it was a very private experience for my twins. They played their favorite show and they had a choice of cool car chairs.
