    I ordered goods from Taobao and used their partner Cainiao for overseas shipping. Unfortunately, the delivery service, PiggyExpress, failed to deliver. After checking my security camera, I confirmed that no one came to my door. Piggy's customer support is essentially nonexistent. The agents on their chat immediately end the conversation after providing minimal responses, and they don't answer phone calls. I've requested refunds from both Cainiao and Taobao, but they keep telling me to just "wait" despite receiving conflicting updates from PiggyExpress agents -- one said the package is "in transit," while another said it had been "sitting in the warehouse for days." I don't understand why Cainiao chooses to work with a delivery service that has such a bad reputation and offers the cheapest (and worst) options. A tip for others: use a mail tracker, as you'll be able to see when they open your emails. Unfortunately, these agents rarely respond.

    I have my packages delivery to the usps just so I do not have to deal with missing packages. Here my problem the company said check around the front door for your package. To add insult they seen me a photo of the post office front door as this is the location we left the package. Unbelievable this company doesn't deserve one star.     Echoing all the other reviews. Firstly, they attempted to deliver a package on a Sunday. Like many, my business is closed on Sundays. Any other shipping company would see the business hours listed and try again the next day or the day after. I called their hotline and was informed they'd deliver it within the week. The week passed without any effect , so I decided to go to their address and inquire myself. Thankfully, I could speak passing Mandarin, because that's all they could speak. After confronting them, they told me they'd look in their warehouse and locate my package within two days. After two days, they called me and said they couldn't find the package. That they might have lost it. This is incompetence. This is an inability to understand the responsibilities of a shipping company based in the United States and our standard practices. If you order something and the tracking number begins with PG, cancel it immediately.

    I hate piggy express, my package never arrives. They have my international package since 1-12, they failed three times delivery( actually didn't out for delivery) i work from home and has cameras out, I emailed and call them hundreds times which has no response. Today is 2/3/2025 and I still haven't received my package, their service is sucks. Customer service never accepts call and automated hand up in 10mins. Avoid avoid avoid

    I ordered a cosplay costume off AliExpress over a month ago. It cleared customs and has been in phoenix since January 27. I checked tracking on Saturday. At 7:41 AM it said it was out for delivery but then at 11:57 AM it said: package failed to be delivered, public holiday. What the hell?! There was no public holiday on Saturday. I live in central Phoenix. I really want this delivered. I have sent an email to customer service and have not heard back. If anyone sees this at Piggy Express, PLEASE deliver my anime cosplay. Thanks.

    This is the first non-delivery.  My package was stolen because they left it on a public mailbox rather than at my front door.

    I ordered through TEMU, and they delivered through PIGGYSHIP. I had been following the tracking of my order and saw that Piggyship delivered to my mailbox. I assumed it went through the USPS. I called my husband from work and asked him if he got my package. He said no package was delivered. I was like, "That's weird. It says it was delivered through our mailbox." I went back to PIGGYSHIP's tracking and viewed the picture they posted. It showed my package was left on top of the mailboxes. I live in a huge apartment complex, and there are about 500 units, thus rows and rows of mailboxes for all the tenants. PIGGYSHIP is a courier company like UPS, FEDEX, or AMAZON. They should have delivered it to my home. Instead the lazy and incompetent delivery person left it on a public mailbox that is occupied by 500 other people, and my stuff was SWIPED by someone. I go to TEMU, and order RESHIPMENT. They again, shipped through PIGGYSHIP. And AGAIN, Piggyship's incompetent delivery person left it on the mailboxes. SOMEONE is always home, and these idiots left it on top of the mailboxes and have the audacity to say "Left in mailbox." They have NO ACCESS to the key to the mailboxes, so how can they write that? Again, my package was STOLEN off the mailboxes. I tried calling PIGGYSHIP and their phone number on their website and the phone number TEMU provided is DEFUNCT. It said, "We're sorry this number cannot be reached." Are you freaking serious?!!?!?! I emailed them 2x and to no avail. This sketchy company doesn't have anyone to contact. Because of this, I will NEVER use TEMU again, because they ship through PIGGYSHIP. That's 2 birds with 1 stone. I will attempt to attach photos from my phone, after I post this review with my computer. ZERO STARS. Their company is hot steaming trash.

    Worst delivery company in the world!!!! My package was picked up by the carrier on February 15th in California, where I live, and it is now February 28th, but I still haven't received it. It was marked 'out for delivery' twice, yet both times, the status changed to 'address not accessible' and 'customer not reachable.' I was home on both occasions, and my house has a single address with clearly visible numbers on the fences and garage doors. Looking at the delivery dates, it is evident that they appear to be making fake delivery attempts every five days.

    Ordered 4 things from the tiktok shop on March 11th. It was delayed for a few days but today the update is failed to deliver and ill be refunded when they receive the items. I dont know if they will receive the items so this is a possible future problem (hopeful that its not). I would give it more stars but this is all I got to go on and I believe this is my first experience with them. Based on googling the company this is a common compaint. Unfortunately, I did not get a choice to choose who was the shipping company.​

    This place HAS to be a front. The amount of negative reviews, people not getting their packages, the customer service being terrible to non existent is RIDICULOUS. Every single time I attempted to call BOTH numbers provided, the waiting line is over 200 & the phone call ALWAYS gets hung up. They claim to call back but I was never returned a phone call. No one ever attempted to deliver my package, there is always someone home and nobody ever attempted to contact me The tracking update said "out for delivery" the entire day & night and didnt update to "unable to deliver" until the following day. This sucks because I love ordering from Temu but I would NEVER want to use this shipping service again. BEWARE !

    This company hires thieves to deliver packages for Amazon. The driver left my Amazon package and took a $300 box of yoga clothes that I ordered as gifts for friends for Christmas. You can't get a hold of anyone they won't return anything. Now I have to go to the police

    How does this make sense.

    I am waiting for my package. Still. At this point I really dont know what happened to it. I called the business, emailed them, stalked online for information. There's just no way to contact them. I called their warehouse in Commerce, CA and the lady on the phone did not want to give me their in-location phone number. Why not? It's a company not a private person I am trying to contact. This package has been in my area for 5 days and still no movement. I am trying to find the warehouse to just pull up and pick it up because at this point it's becoming ridiculous. Also, my package arrived at the Hayward warehouse but the location it was checked in was Bakersfield? Sus. Lastly, this business does not even deserve 1 star. I would get them 0/5 if I can.

    I have never had problems with Temu's other unknown Chinese shipping partners. Usually, I am impressed by how fast packages arrive from China. However this wreck of a company, is based in California, the package originated in California and I am in California. They have been unable to deliver because address is unaccessible. The building is open from 9 to 6. We have a mailroom and the person in the leasing office will open it for them. My apartment is on the corner of the biggest street in the area. This is ridiculous! I can't believe they are still in business. I give them 0 stars. 1 star is too generous.

    What happens if you gave an old address to aliexpress but tried updating the carrier piggyship of address change days before package was delivered and the package still got delivered to an old address. Would I still be held responsible?

I had to send some medication to my parents in seoul...went to UPS and received a quote of $150+. After fainting from sticker shock, I told the UPS guy "no thanks". Searched around and saw this place. I was given a price of $10. 11000 ₩. Whatever the currency, it was a helluva deal. Max (the friendly worker) helped me with the paperwork, and told me it'd take about 3-4 days which is crazy fast. USPS or UPS would take at least a week. After a few days, my parents confirmed receipt. If I recall, the initial charge for 1 lb. is $10 then $2 per lb. after that. I was so happy with my experience with Max that I went back a few weeks later to send something to Busan. 5lbs for $17. Wow. Important FYI's - the worker doesn't speak English well so bring an acquaintance who knows korean. Also, know the recipient's tracking/account info which is given to them by the Korean postal service. Also, hours can be off but apparently he lives close by and he can come to the shop in 20-30 mins. I recommend calling ahead of time. He even agreed to open on a Sunday to help me. This place is a bit hard to find. It's located in the the corner about a 2-3 doors to the RIGHT of the poultry store or about 3-4 doors to the RIGHT of New Garden. Highly highly recommend and will definitely be using Max and his services again if I need to send anything to Korea.

    I didn't know this fedex location has very low rating in Yelp until I have twice returns through…read morethis location. Here is my story. 1st return was happen on July 2nd, gentleman in front desk helped me, easy and quick process with repack etc which we all know UPS does too, then I received a notification the seller just received my return on July 30th which mean my item just sitting there forever to be shipped. I've never have experience return that long. Anyway then 2nd return happened on July 31. You would not miss this girl with red/ purple hair works on front desk who has an attitude kind rude told me I can't send my return and I need to pay the repacking box. She said my return label just covered for shipping not repack. I explained to her this is my 2nd return, the gentlemen who helped me before didn't say anything me to pay repacking box, beside that my return just drop off and fedex will take care of it, again with her attitude she said do you have email? Wow I can't believe she asked me that. She didn't even try to help resolve the issues instead keep say and force me pay and buy the repacking box, so I decided walk away and told her will drop off to other location with better service. The next day I came again, drop off the same return item and someone else helped me with NO PROBLEM! IF you see this girl, ask someone else to help you. Do not waste your time with her attitudes
