Piggy express is not a reliable shipping company by some miracle. I managed to get a hold of someone on the phone yesterday May 2, 2024 at 5:45 PM. The agent told me that they were not able to deliver my package because they didn't have an access code. I told him my apartment does not have a gate. It's open to the street and the delivery person went to the wrong apartment complex, which would be next-door they're the only ones that have a gate I also told them I lived on the 2nd floor just to try to help them out , fingers crossed. I get my package delivered today.. it currently says it's out for delivery. So update my packages were delivered four days later I think the fact that I was able to contact someone on the phone helped and hopefully I never have to deal with them again. read more

These idiots claim to have attempted to deliver my package 3 times. My apartment lobby is open from 9am to 5pm. There is a mailroom in the lobby which the person in the leasing office will open for them. I live on the Peninsula and the lobby to my building is on the biggest street in the area. It's hard to miss. I called their toll-free number, they said I was number 300+ and the wait would be 50 minutes, they hung up on me after 5 minutes. The recording said their chat was faster. I used it. The bot said they would transfer me to an agent but they never did. I have also emailed them but I am not holding my breath. I ordered through TEMU, and they delivered through PIGGYSHIP. I had been following the tracking of my order and saw that Piggyship delivered to my mailbox. I assumed it went through the USPS. I called my husband from work and asked him if he got my package. He said no package was delivered. I was like, "That's weird. It says it was delivered through our mailbox." I went back to PIGGYSHIP's tracking and viewed the picture they posted. It showed my package was left on top of the mailboxes. Unreliable, Unprofessional, and Lacks accountability --- is what you have in store with Piggyship as a partner carrier and delivery service. Not to belabor this more than it already has since Piggyship wasted valuable time and efforts, but it's only fair to inform others and to be cautious about their packages. Long story, however necessary for context to understand this fragmented ordeal from start to finish. I ordered an item internationally about a month ago, and while it was quickly processed and shipped, everything fell apart once it arrived in my state. On the alleged day of delivery, I was falsely marked as having refused the package, and without notification or follow up -- my order was immediately sent back to the warehouse where it has been in perpetual processing. What followed after was a cycle of delays. Their call queue daily wait was over 200 minutes and the call-back process was not the most reliable. Emails were virtually ignored. When I finally made contact with a representative, they promised to escalate the issue and assured me the package would be redelivered the next day. I adjusted my schedule to account for this--but nothing came. The following day, I called and was placed in a callback queue once again. This time, as soon as I got through, the rep. hung up on me. I reached out to the company I purchased from to escalate, yet Piggyship still could not provide substantial updates or solutions to either of us. After about a week of constant back-and-forth, I called again and was told by Piggyship my package was lost, and they had no control over how the warehouse manages deliveries. Instead they pushed the accountability onto the seller for a refund/replacement. Bottom line: If you can, avoid Piggyship for carrier use and delivery services. If you find out they are your assigned carrier, immediately contact the seller and let them know proactively you may need a replacement or refund so they are aware of what's to come. The woman on the phone was rude and didn't have a clue what she was talking about and lied to me multiple times. The email I can only assume was from the American warehouse who claimed my stuff was still in their facility and would be expedited for delivery which never happened. Piggy ship is in fact a courier service like uber eats and door dash so sadly it's a gamble if your stuff even gets delivered by them which I heavily think they steal mail and resell to make a profit but also the delivery drivers are random people who lets face it during the holidays will steal to regift of sell. If you see your shipper is going to be piggy ship instantly call the retailer or cancel it to get a refund trust me I was one of the lucky ones many people have lost money to these guys. On Oct 24th, the item was in Phoenix, AZ (my location), so all they needed to do then was to deliver it to my location. Something happened at the Warehouse, and the item got stuck there and since Nov 2nd, there hasn't been any updates on their tracking page. I attempted to contact them, and after a lot (A LOOOOT) of attempts, I got them on the online chat, and also on the phone. They kept telling me to be patient, and to just wait for my package. I volunteered myself to go to their Warehouse and pick up the item myself, but they won't give me any information as to where the warehouse is. They gave me a couple of phone numbers, apparently of the drivers, but nothing. When I called, they said they didn't speak English. I have a feeling they just kept my item, and I have no options to do anything. This has been the worst company to get items delivered. Where do I even begin with these sketchy scam artists??? Boy do I have a story for you, but before I begin if you're considering using this "shipping and delivery company" by choice, STAY AWAY! I ordered a pretty decent sized package from Commense clothing company (close to $200 in value) and all was fine with tracking transit until it fell into the hands of Piggyship, who claims to "deliver" packages throughout Los Angeles specifically. My package had been stuck in the "scanned in warehouse" part of transit and then at the 5th day of being stuck at that status I started to get concerned. I reached out to the multiple different shipping companies my packaged was handled by and they all said Piggyship was the final carrier to handle my package. Soooo, I went on their "website". I called their number that immediately disconnects every time (and I called like 10 times) and email them with no response. A few days after, with my package still at this status, I kid you not, I looked up their "address" in Rowland Heights and drove all the way from West LA to see what this scam setup was all about before contacting the BBB. At this point I had already read all the other yelp reviews from other concerned customers like myself who were going through the same thing. I decided to take matters into my own hands and get to the bottom of this and see if I could find someone to confront for all of us, forcing them to deal with me. I get there, and it's a REALLY SKETCHY single room with fake looking "cubicles" in a strip mall. The business was called Piggycars. There was nothing legitimate or professional about this place, it was honestly terrifying. There were 3 women there looking at me and when I mentioned a lost package one told me to come over, grabs my phone with my tracking number and aggressively tells me she'll "call me" if theres any other update. She writes down her personal number. I tried questioning her about the reviews, why its taken so long, where the actual warehouse is. And she refused to give me any answers so another woman there tells me the warehouse has "high volume" and thats why. It was very off, and I told them if I don't receive my package I'll be reporting them. Literally 20 minutes later, 20 MINUTES she texts me and tells me the package is most likely lost and I can file a claim with my buyer. This was total BS. She also told me to wait another 3 days which was not gonna happen, I was over a week past since they had "scanned it". I contacted Commense and that was pretty difficult too but they told me to get a "missing parcel document" from Piggyship. I texted the woman for one and she responds 3 days later that "they've never written one of those" (literally after telling me they'd settle with the buyer) and she'll contact her "manager". Two more days later I get a random text from a guy named Sam and he was fairly nice and got me the document I needed so I could get a refund on my order. I feel like if I ever order from companies that potentially use Piggyship, I'll have to have it sent somewhere other than LA just to avoid the scam that is Piggyship. They also (allegedly) receive overseas shipments and deliver them throughout the LA area at a low rate. So when my orders came in to LA, it fell into their hands, and then disappeared. Tracking tells me it was undeliverable, which I'm sure they made no attempt because I've had plenty of orders shipped here from multiple vendors & sellers. Then the status they sent the seller shows it's been delivered, so I can't even get a refund for not receiving the products. They do not respond to emails. They stole my package. If I could leave 0 stars I would. He buzzed my door Sunday 12:08pm. I told him please leave in the cage and attempted to buzz him in. I try reaching out to see where he is and I don't hear back. I come downstairs to look for the package and it's no where to be seen. Had a package left at the back door and another time it was left in the back door of another person's place. They need to leave packages in the right location! The drivers need to make more effort and double check addresses. My recent package failed to be delivered in the evening but it was delivered the next day even though tracking info never updated. I sent an email because of the initial failed delivery but got no response. They should make sure tracking info gets updated! It's ok for a delivery to be late but you have to let customers know when they can expect their packages. read more

This is the WORST company ever! They always claim that my delivery address "hard" to find. UPS, USPS, DHS or FedEx NEVER have any issue with this address. It not a apartment complex or a multiple business in a big building. It is literally one big building with a big parking lot with a glass front door with a receptionist. Their driver must be allergic getting off their vehicle to perform any type of delivery. This company need to be investigate for fraud. read more

I ordered an item from an Etsy seller who promptly shipped it using "Piggy Express". Their tracking showed it arriving at their facility and after that there is nothing: no more tracking data, no replies to emails sent to them, phone calls to them go immediately on hold and then are disconnected. I asked the vendor to contact them and when they did they said it appears "the package was lost". Thankfully the vendor is offering to re-ship me another item.
