4.5 stars for not having their address updated on the Yelp page, and the location in Montclair being a bit confusing when entering the facility for their service. Also, they are only open Monday through Friday, which is inconvenient for those who work M-F.

We were looking for a way to ship something to Taiwan. We rarely, if ever, ship items to Taiwan and had to find a place that was reasonably priced. We usually go to this one place in Rowland, but they no longer ship to Taiwan, only the Mainland. Lo and behold, searched on Yelp and found EZGO Express. Called and someone picked up right away, they were able to answer all our questions. I even called around to get an estimate and all the other shipping services were pricey, so we decided to give EZGO a try.
We came here on a Friday and entered through their front door, but they pointed us in the direction in the back of the warehouse. We drove around, but was confused where the door was, it is the last door on the right, at the end of the parking lot/warehouse. The price was very reasonable and we like how the smaller packages were placed into one big box, as opposed to having them lay around, where one package could get lost or misplaced. With an online account, the tracking # was on there along with any packages that you've shipped. The receiving party in Taiwan does need to register on an app to receive notifications and etc. The packaged arrived quickly and in great condition.
I recommend this shipper for items to be shipped to Taiwan. Great service, thorough, and very customer friendly. One always is worried when shipping items overseas, but EZGO gave us a piece of mind, especially since it's shipping via plane, and not by ship. Very fast and affordable. read more
