I strongly recommend you use another company ! I was charged a $200 attic inspection fee when my tenant called to say a bird was nesting in the attic. In my opinion, that fee is an exorbitant amount ! But what is even worse is the 'inspection" fee charged does not then apply to the removal of the nest nor the repair of the hole in the attic or any future preventative . There are many companies out there that will apply their inspection fee to the cost of repairs if you utilize them. To my complete astonishment when I reached out to the owner to convey my displeasure and let him know that I was going to be leaving a negative review based on his pricing practices, he threatened to sue me with his attorney if I left a negative review. If you don't want negative reviews about your business practices, you need to treat your customers fairly! In my opinion, you're better off going with another company ! read more

The installer did come back out and made everything look better.I do appreciate Paris coming out, still feel I paid way too much and wouldn't do it again Definitely not happy I expected something more professional and a cleaner neater looking result for the money i spent! $475.00 for some wire grating stapled to my house. I was upset and called the owner Robbie. he was extremely rude and nasty! The installers did return to try to make things right, I do appreciate them trying to get everything right! but honestly the owner made me so mad that I just had to leave this review just for him!! Do not use these guys this is how they will leave your yard. Then when you call to make a complaint the owner will be rude and tell you they are not responsible to clean up after themselves. Last people that did this service used a tarp to collect all the debris not dump it into the yard. Theses guys will dump it in your yard and leave it for you to clean. My yard is now infested with flies cause they sprayed all the bird debris from under my solar panels using my hose into my yard then left all the debris and couldn't even return the hose to where it was. Horrible service on the technician end as well as the customer service end. Do not recommend. read more

After posting my original review, I received an email from Robbie, who threatened to sue me for "deformation of character" (he meant defamation). I've noticed there are zero bad reviews, and I can't believe the service we received was a one-off, considering how ridiculous the entire situation was. Two years ago after years of nasty pigeons, annoying noises, cleaning up droppings we had Pigeons R us install netting on our two story home. It is so pleasant to not have to hear them or deal with them! We had good communication,l with Robby, their service was detailed and looked great. You can hardly see the netting. So I'm giving two stars because they actually did a good job on the netting but while they were pressure washing on a nice and sunny day they spray water into a vent , which cause water to our ceiling and then try to say that it wasn't them and that we had a roof issue. We just moved in and had multiple people on our roof before purchasing the house so we knew there was no roof issue. It had also rained several times before with no leaking or damage to our ceiling until the day they pressure washed. After talking to them several times the solution they came up with was we should hire a roofer and if the roofer said it was their fault we would get $100. I'm sure it cost more than a $100 to hire a roofer and that wouldn't cover the repairs. P.S it rained two days later and there was no additional leak. So yea they did a good job on the netting but if they messed up they won't take responsibility for it. read more

Robbie came out for quote, and then we had to wait until roof tiles were fixed under solar panels before installing the critter guard. Robbie was extremely understanding and finally when roof was fixed a gal and guy come over and installed the critter guards. They removed one nest and sent pictures of work completed, I liked that they did this as I wasn't going to climb up on the roof to check it out. Am hoping the pigeons will go elsewhere. I love animals but don't want to have pigeons living on my roof. read more

Had work done March 25, 2021 at a house we bought and the owner paid over $800. We haven't moved in yet, however less than 30 days after Pigeons R Us came out and did the work, we have pigeon droppings all over our front entryway. When we called Robbie he was unfriendly, unhelpful and difficult to work with. He said we had to pay an additional $550 a month for pigeon trapping. We got a 2nd opinion and no pigeon trapping is necessary. We were told the materials that had been used were cheap and didn't correct the problem. I do not recommend this company. They might charge lower prices but they do subpar work with cheap materials and don't honor a warranty or warranty transfer. read more

We had him come out and he seemed friendly at first, he promised in writing we have a 5 year guarantee and 100% satisfaction. However, 2 weeks later we still have 20-30 pigeons on our roof daily. He is super rude and said I'm unreasonable because I'm not happy there are still so many birds on my roof every day. Also he states on his website he does bird deterrent such as wiring on pipes, however we bought deterrents and asked for them to be installed while the work was being done and they forgot, which is ok, but now he is refusing to come out saying he can't help it if birds are on my roof, and he states deterrents don't work. I only spoke with Robbie on the phone to set up an appointment and to get his recommendation. His associate Wisdom came out and saw the problem of mourning doves in our backyard and around our pool. These birds have been a problem for several years. We have tried many things. Nothing has worked. Their recommendation was to purchase devices which emit high frequency sound after sensing motion. We went ahead and got them installed. Success! The birds don't like the sound!! This company was professional, arrived on schedule and provided a low cost solution. I'd like to share my recent experience in dealing with Pigeons R Us, that just completed the installation of Bird deterrents for my my two-story residence. While reviewing several vendors. Robbie always returned my calls in a timely manner. The job scope discussion was a critical part of the planning process and Robbie did a fantastic job in facilitating that piece of the puzzle as well. After the initial quote, I had many questions and Robbie addressed each of my questions with no hesitation, and was again prompt in his responses. I also appreciated the fact that he kept his responses easy to understand, yet thorough enough to be credible. John, the installation tech was also a pleasure to deal with. You could tell by his actions, that he was very focused in delivering 100% customer satisfaction. John reinforced his customer focus by providing a final review of the work completed, and he even provided photos of the work he performed (very helpful). As an added surprise, install was completed on a Tuesday, and a typical AZ Monsoon microburst struck that following Thursday. Really bad services with company. They don't complete the work as they promise. I contacted them around 3 months ago because I had problems with pigeons in my house. They put a trap and said the trap was going to be there for a month, they also said they were going to check it every week. And after they removed the trap, they were going to clean the roof. They never completed it, they moved the trap before the month ended, and didn't come every week. I tried to contact them again through emails and messages and calls and they never responded. read more

Pigeons R Us came to my home to pigeon-proof my solar panels. The installer left unused materials and water bottles all over the front of my house that I had to clean up. In addition to that, I had explained that I would be out of town during the installation, but Robbie reassured me that everything would fine and I could even pay online. I received a text that the installer had finished and shortly after I received a phone call from Robbie's wife for payment. As I was still out of town traveling in a remote area, I did not have the best cell reception, so the call dropped. Later that evening I received an email from Robbie scolding me for hanging up on his wife. He went on to say that his wife speaks with an accent, implying I hung up on her because I could not understand her, which was not the case. I speak with people around the world, all having accents, and I have no problems understanding or speaking with them so I took offense to the accusation. Not completely happy with service from Pigeons R Us. Party came out to my home to provide a free estimate which was reasonable they came out and did the job, however still had birds still building nest. Called to advise that I still have a problem and was told that where the birds are now setting up home in another spot on my roof was not included in the original quote because there was not a problem there at the time quote was given. My understanding is Pigeons R Us are the professionals so why would you not quote were there could or would be a problem once you inspected the roof and include the entire roof where there could be a problem after you remove the nest from where the pigeons are currently nesting. The pigeons just found another spot that was not covered so our problem still existed. To make a long story short had to pay more money to have them come back out to get rid of more pigeons where they should of included in the quote in the first place. Bottom line not happy with service and if you do use this service make sure you get a quote for the entire roof even for spots that you are currently not having a problem. The pigeons are going to start building a new home where the problem does not exist at the time. I would think the professionals at Pigeons R Us would know that. read more
