I am glad I came back. My meal this time was very good and the staff are still as friendly as ever. I ordered the Combo 1. I got to try their pulled pork, sliced brisket, pulled chicken, fried okra, and Mac. The pulled pork is very tender with flavor. The sliced brisket has the most flavor but it is pretty tough. The chicken has decent flavor but better texture. The fried okra was extremely good. I would come here just for that. The Mac is decent. I like their assortment of BBQ sauces. I mix the sweet with the heat.

Tried PnC BBQ today. Being from Texas, we decided not to try their brisket, but if it's as good as their pulled pork, then it's gotta be good! Fried okra seemed to only have a light flour batter and I found it much better than a batter with cornmeal. Also had the Brunswick stew and it was great! The gentleman that took care of us was very nice and attentive taking note and care of one of us who had dietary restrictions. Well come back next time in ATL!

Came here Memorial Day weekend for some bbq. The combo plate is the way to go! I couldn't decide on what sides I wanted so I got a rib combo plate and a veggie plate. So good! The ribs have a smoky flavor to them and fall off the bone. The Brunswick stew has Lima beans in it and is the perfect mix of sweet and sour. The other star was the fried okra, which was perfectly crispy, well seasoned, and not oily! I only liked the traditional and spicy bbq sauces, but had to try all of them so I know. Will def be back and so glad they're close by!

Texas toast and chicken with the BBQ sauce. Amazing and so good.

I like good stable BBQ and my chicken plate hit the mark. The serving of the plate are good. I had the chicken plate, slice, baked beans and fried okra. The chicken was moist and tender. The baked beans were amazing, not to sweet but the taste of rich molasse base. The fried okra was great. Lots of okra. The BBQ sauce was on the side cup. The sauce and chicken was amazing. My meal had carolina hot sauce and I dipped my okra on the it. Texas Toast was not toasted but I dipped the toast in the hot sauce and it was good. BBQ is suppose to taste good and not give you indigestion. This BBQ place serves good tasting meals and never a dry meat meal that is covered with lots of sauce. The price is good and the food is good. They have nice table settings and I will next time take the time and enjoy my meal in the restaurant.

Its been awhile(staind reference) since I've been here. The brunswick stew was great! The chopped pork sandwich was good but a bit dry. Three sauces to choose from the sweet was my choice. Ambiance is a touch of retro Atlanta with memrobillia on the walls. Service was fast. A good place for Bbq in Chamblee.

First time at this location. Ordered a pound of pulled chicken and received chicken scraps as seen in pic. Will never eat here again. (Have ordered the same at other locations and always received white meat pulled chicken).

If you want traditional pushcart service, go to a place like Canton House or Royal China. Best BBQ is more ideal for takeout. When it comes to Atlanta, arguably five stars for the dim sum and other Chinese food alone. Here's what four of us got this time: D3. Chicken Feets [sic] ($7) D5. Beef Tripe ($7) D10. Fish Cake with Chives Flowers ($24) - includes soup and bowl of white rice Fisherman's Congee ($11) Roast Duck Congee ($13) Everything was fresh and delicious with generous portions. We skipped the line and ordered using the big tablet. Menu descriptions are non-existent, so if you don't know what something is, you're taking a chance. That's what I did with the Fisherman's Congee which turned out to have something I was allergic to (crustaceans). That's okay because the others ate it and I ordered a Roast Duck Congee instead. Yum. Service: Orders are called out on a microphone/speaker and you pick up at the counter. They forgot my chicken feet so I had to go up with my receipt and ask. They pulled their copy from the spike and made it right, with some squabbling among the employees in the process. Everyone had to bus their own tables. One employee cleaned the floor with rags instead of a mop. Not ideal. Overall, the dining room did not feel clean. The restroom was relatively decent, though. Atmosphere: We visited during a peak time, on a Sunday around 12:45 PM. The place was packed. Luckily, we were able to find a table. My wife described the scene as "chaotic." I call it authentic. :)

The skin is perfectly soft with just the right chew, and everything tastes fresh and made to order. What makes it even better? XL dumplings starting at just $7. For the portion and quality, that's an insane deal. Plus, they even serve complimentary hot tea, which makes the whole experience feel even more authentic. The vibe is casual and no-frills, but that's how you know the food is legit. It's definitely a local favorite for a reason. If you're craving big, juicy dumplings in ATL, this spot is a MUST. I'll definitely be back

When we arrived, I realized the location used to be the old Hong Kong Supermarket -- only longtime locals would probably remember that. The layout inside was pretty interesting. There was a Te'amos milk tea shop in the middle, Lao Szechuan on the right, and the hot pot & BBQ restaurant on the left. The staff greeted us warmly and quickly helped us get seated. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was that they offered freshly made milk teas and fruit teas instead of bottled drinks. The drinks were decent and refreshing, especially for balancing out the richness of the meal. Each person gets their own mini hot pot, which I really liked because everyone could customize their own soup base and ingredients. We chose a variety of broths including mushroom, spicy mala, tomato, and herbal soup. Using the iPad ordering system, we basically ordered one of everything from both the hot pot and BBQ menus. The food came out surprisingly fast, and they even used robots to deliver dishes to the table, which was smooth and efficient. For hot pot, my personal favorites were the fatty beef slices, lamb, beef tripe, black tripe, tofu skin rolls, squid flowers, enoki mushrooms, corn, lotus root slices, kelp knots, fish balls, and beef tendon balls. Everything tasted great with the broth and my favorite sesame dipping sauce. On the BBQ side, the standout items for me were the cumin lamb, beef tongue, chicken cartilage, short ribs, and squid. We weren't exactly BBQ experts, so some meats weren't cooked perfectly, but the flavor was still really enjoyable -- and the best part was that you could keep ordering as much as you wanted. Honestly, for around $40 per person, it felt like a very good value. My parents both thought it was worth the price. We left full and satisfied, and the service was always attentive whenever we needed something. Overall, it was a really enjoyable Mother's Day meal, and I'd definitely come back again with friends next time.

Food: 3.5/5 there is a Kanpai near my hometown that was more 4/5, so I thought I would get a similar experience here, but their hot food bar had barely warm food and not as many options. Tables have spots for individual pots, and the BBQ grill is shared. The Tom Yum broth itself was good. Meat quality was up to par. Vegetables could have been fresher. For anyone with allergies: the sauce bar had a thoroughly written out allergy table and was clean, which was a plus. Drinks: Mai Tai was actually pretty good, and this is coming from someone that typically sticks with a beer. Sapporo is available on draft! Service/cleanliness: 3/5 the host sat us, a party of 3, down at a table meant for 6, which was interesting. We were quite literally one of 2 parties there, and only one other couple showed up while we dined. Our table was also the only table that had a grill with browned oil that came from who knows where. We had it changed to a clean one, but when we were handed the tablet to order, this was also covered in grease/oil. The bathrooms and sauce bar were clean, but at the table I was not satisfied. The server herself was very nice and explained the AYCE experience well. Ambiance: quiet music in the background, plenty of tables that could sit 4, 6, and 8.
