Bartender even gave me a sample of their delicious red back sauce, which has a decent amount of heat for a restaurant sauce..... We need to make a point to add this place to our regular rotation of restaurants, they really work hard to deliver great food and great service, even though they are quite short staffed! Thé menu wasn't huge, but they had a section of ' summer grilled' options...pork, chicken, brisket,.....that Im sure would all be delicious! And a smaller menu is a good thing IMO, as they can concentrate on making the food they do offer delicious! If you go here, give the workers a break and understand the situation they're in. If you don't get waited on Immediately, know this has become all too prevalent everywhere these days; and most often, slow service isn't a result of slack workers....definitely not here!
