I randomly decided one day that I wanted to get my second lobe piercing. My friend recommended that I come here so I did. Walked up to the kiosk in front of Happy Lemon and there was nobody in front of me. The attendant approached me immediately to help me out. She showed me all of the piercing earring options I could choose and then she took my payment and she sat me down in a chair. Depending on what initial earrings you choose the price will be different, but I paid a total of $28 for my piercings. The experience was pleasant. I am totally okay with dealing with fast, sharp pains so this was nothing. The piercing earrings come in factory packaging and is designed as a piercing gun in itself. The attendant did the piercing for me. She sanitized my ears well and then used a felt tip inked pen to sketch a dot on each ear of where she thinks the piercings should go. I got a mirror to see everything and approved it. I had an overall pleasant experience and would come again if I ever were to get another piercing. Fairly cheap and good customer service! read more

They were very helpful in describing the process for piercing, how they keep everything sterile, and were very fast at getting it done (but did not rush it, to ensure we were happy with the placement). I have 9 piercings and I've gotten them all at piercing pagoda. I flip between here and Tanforan because I live close to both, but I like to go to this location more. The girls who work here are nice- some more than others, but overall good at what they do. Their jewelry is always consistently good, I've gotten both lobe and cartilage piercings here & both have healed fine, you just need to do the aftercare as you are told. They only pierce with gun, so don't come here if you're looking for needle. I believe they only do ear piercing (lobe & cartilage), but they sell all kinds of jewelry (nose, naval, studs, dangly, etc.) Not sure if this is still the deal, but you don't gotta pay for the actual piercing, just the earring you choose. read more

Buyer beware! The price is listed and price charged are Not the same. I took my granddaughter to buy some earrings, the clerk was pleasant. I called them and was told it must have been a mistake, the price tag was scanned not inputted by the clerk. It is was only $2 but the point is double check your receipt before you leave the mall. DO YOU HAVE BALLS FOR MY TONGUE? (3 stars) The ball of my tongue piercing popped off and I was not the area where i usually buy things to maintain my piercing. I had called around in the neighborhood of places that would sell the balls for the tips of the bar-bell and was fortunate they had some. And they had different designs too! And they fit my bar-bell, there are places where they dont have balls that would fit. However, negative two stars for the lack of great customer service. I was standing behind the counter trying to make a 2 minute transaction but the guy on floor couldn't multi-task and was doing one simple thing at a time. he was lucky, there were no balls holding my piercing which reclined any out lashing of rudeness rolling off of my tongue. I just want to tell the guy its okay to multi-task. But when i was helped, he was a nice guy. Will I be back? Please tell your employee not to talk on the phone while there's customer waiting and proper customer service. I went this morning to have my ear piercing then the lady told me to wait for 20 minutes because she just open the stall. not even asking how can she help me, right away she said "come back after 20 minutes" without looking at me. I suggest don't open until you are ready to accept customers. Came back after 10-15 minutes and she's on the phone talkng about personal stuff with her Auntie (how did I know? She was speaking tagalog which is my first language) as if she's not seeing me standing in front of her then she turned back and I decided to asked her if she's ready to accept customer, I'm glad she hang up the phone finally. Ended up not to have my piercing because she seemed not interested with me coz she returned to her paper work while I was asking her. I decided to just check out some other places. How do you support small businessess like this with this kind of customer service??? Highly NOT recommended. read more

I bought jewelry for family members on May 7, 2021. I decided to return one of them bc the family member did not like it. I came to this location to do a return and I did not get acknowledged at all. The customer before me did a purchase, instead of leaving he decides to do an ear piercing and the worker went along with the convo and gossiped about me in Tagalog. I am half black/filipino and I understand everything what they told about me. I decided to come back and did not want her help. I am assuming she is the store manager. I came back and the clerk is pleasant, and I vented what the store manager did. There system is old school, and the clerk had a hard time to process to return b/c there computer have to return/rebuy. The clerk asked for help and the person did not get any help. The store manager is hiding doing shipment and the rest is help other people. An hr flew by, and the other workers did not do help. What I am disappointed about is that the store manager did not even help, she is too busy hiding. What made it worst is the return policy. If you do paid in cash you get a check from corporate. This company is horrible including the store manager too. read more

Unfortunately my rt ear piercing got infected and I had to take it out and I also noticed it was not even with my lt ear.

My only place to get ear piercings! I used to always get them at Claire's but I've always had bad experiences there. My piercings were never even and the employees didn't seem to know what they were doing. The employees here at PP are super friendly and welcoming and do a good job making you feel comfortable. I've gotten two sets of piercings here so far and each one has been successful. I'm planning to come back here next month to get my cartilage pierced and I can't wait! read more

Literally one of the worst quality earrings here... i paid around $100 total just to have the worst experience ever. I went in to get my second set of earrings and got it pierced by this young lady with dyed hair. It was fine until a month later i tried switching the earrings out for a new one.... For some reason I couldn't take the earrings out even with help. It was hurting so much because i had to keep pulling to see if it will finally come out. Ive had my first pierced already and this never happened. It turned out that the earrings were bent and slanted??? No wonder i couldn't take them out! How cheap are these earrings that are supposed to be "GOLD". They even recommended me to get the more expensive ones (gold) so you have a lower chance of any future issues rather than getting the cheaper ones! My friend had to use a tool to bend the earring needle part back into place, which hurt a lot considering how it was stuck in my ears. The worst part is how i was taking care of my ears very well before this and now they are INFECTED because of the process of just taking them out! I wish i never went here because their items are cheap quality for an insane amount of money! When i finally took it out, the earrings were super bendable which is so bad for earrings. I hope they don't rip off anyone else here because i certainly won't be coming here ever again. read more

Two weeks ago, I came to Serramonte on a spontaneous trip to get my friend's daughter's ears pierced. We were a bit skeptical at first because the woman working looked really young, but we just had to trust her. There happened to be a good amount of customers while we were there, so it took awhile for my friend & her daughter to get in the chair. The woman was really nice & didn't mind the paparazzi during the piercing. The baby's newly pierced ears are good (2 weeks later), so let's hope they continue to stay that way! :) read more

My daughter got her ears pierced 5 days ago from Pagoda at Tanforan. She accidentally lost 1 side of earring. Then I went to the Serramonte Pagoda to purchase another pair of earring. A young Filipino girl rung me up & asked if I wanted to purchase a warranty for additional $10.00? I said, "no". Then I instantly tried putting on the earring for my daughter, failed. A Caucasian guy claimed to be the manager there walked up to me & said, "you can not refund the earrings, and it's clearly written on your receipt." I felt like this place is a total scam because no one told me there is no refunds nor have any signs up indicating it. Coming to this place was a total rip off. As a consumer, it's over priced plus dealing with poor attitude. Never come here again! read more

I'm giving one star because of the disaster experience I had with piercing pagoda & silver & gold (their sister store) So here's the story.... I went to the piercing pagoda to get my daughters ears pierced who is 4 months old. When I got to the kiosk there was no one there and the clock on the register said be back in 30 minutes so I waited around the mall checked back in 40 minutes but still no one was there I checked back 10 minutes later and the women working was there but she then removed the I'll be back clock and immediately walked away again without saying anything to me. So after waiting an hour for her I decided to go to silver and gold another piercing jewelry kiosk; which is apparently their "sister store". Right off the bat I should've known not to bother with her either as the girl helping me was flirting nonstop with four different guys who weren't even customers. Completely unprofessional and totally unfocused on my purchase. So after picking 14 karat Gold butterflies we went ahead and got situated for her to pierce my daughters ears. As soon as she pierced the first one I realized she had fucked up!!! we were left with silver stars which were pointy and sharp not something I would EVER pick for my babies ears. I immediately said this isn't what we picked!! She looked completely dumbfounded with this stupid look on her face and couldn't say anything except I'm sorry! so I asked her how we were going to fix this, this isn't what I want and I will not be happy paying for these. Her and her coworker both standing in a stupor then handed me a USED $20 off coupon for the next time I come as if that makes up for all of this. I went home and the next day called piercing pagoda (because silver and gold does not have a number on yelp) I spoke with Rachel the manager was very friendly and then informed me she would be happy to do an exchange once the healing process is done. So after five weeks I went in to piercing pagoda to do the exchange. They then charged me the difference because the earrings I had chose were $17 more than the crappy stars in her ears. Which in all honesty it is ridiculous if you ask me I had to sit there as my daughter got the earrings yanked out and she was extremely uncomfortable, as if getting them pierced in the first place wasn't traumatizing enough I had to basically relive the whole experience all because of their negligence. I will never be shopping there again and I wouldn't recommend it for anyone else. Their customer service is a joke. read more

Went here yesterday to look for an eye brow ring... They had a small selection of nice ones!!! They had nose rings and belly button rings too but I already have a nose ring I like and I don't have my belly button pierced that's neither here not there... This guy that worked there (I forgot his name) mayb nick??? He was soooo awesome. I couldn't put the stud on the eye brow ring and my boyfriend tried and he couldn't either so he offered. He put on gloves and he was really professional. I'm pretty sure it's not in his job description but I didn't even ask he just offered.... I love it!!! Also it was buy something get something half off so I brought the eye brow ring and some antiseptic to clean my piercings. He was so helpful! read more

Barely got my money refund after 2 1/2 months later, in reality it should've been returned within the same week they took the product back. The young associates kept giving me the run around on the return process and when a manager supposed to be in. I call the store numerous times and sounds like it's off the hook, I go in when they say the manager was there and of course no manager. I complain to them about their phone and they claimed it worked moments ago, one calls their own store number and exactly same thing I told them. Clearly they knew it wasn't working, what's the use of it. One lady takes my info and say i will get a call regarding the issue the following Monday, Monday comes and nothing. I go in the following day catch the manager and after 30 mins of waiting around for her to complete a call finally got a confirmation that the refund process is happening. All of that could've been avoided if it was done right the first time or if they had a working phone. They have nice stuff but horrible service and don't care , never buying again from this location. read more

horrible customer service I felt that I was being rushed by this mid 20s douchebag. I asked if for a simple earlobe piercing on both ears and I was looking at the wrong section; he rudely told me to look at the correct one with attitude. He looked irritated and I felt like I was the destined one to take all the blame. He was talking to another employee about a conversation that lasted the whole time I was trying to buy my studs. He didn't acknowledge me once as if I were a ghost until I asked for him to come over and help me. During my piercing, he was still talking to his co worker while he was piercing my ear. I didn't feel any reassurance even though it was merely a simple earlobe piercing. After I was charged and everything, I was OVERCHARGED and he didn't say anything about it. I got home and realized he charged me over $60 just for a earlobe piercing. Coming back today to get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. read more

Will never come to this place again. Every time I come here I wait a few minutes until someone realizes I've been standing there because they were to busy looking at their phone. They don't even have a good way to approach you, don't say hi or apologize for the wait. I had a question about a return and both associates came to tell me that my return was not possible and while still standing there they both just walked away from me.
