Honestly I've gotten tattoos from so many different places and across the country but Jason definitely has a different hand. Even though I get work done all the time, I honestly hate the feeling. But Jason has a light touch. I've already gotten two piece from him and I've been surprised by how I've been able to stay calm though it all. Not only the light hand but he's hella fast! Got my ear lobes pierced here. Amazing process from start to finish. I sent in a pricing and availability request here on Yelp and got a reply in less than an hour. I was directed to the piercer, Gage, and was able to set up an appointment. When I arrived for the appointment, Gage was informative about the piercing process, giving me the breakdown of the healing time, aftercare and price. He even sent me an email about how to care for my piercing. The environment was clean and had comforting vibe. It was my first time in a tattoo parlor, but I'd say it's a good place. I've never had a worse piercing experience. I came in a few weeks ago. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful, I didn't feel comfortable nor safe the entire time. The man preforming the piercing (his name is fleeing my memory right now) had made snarky comments about my appearance when I had requested a nose piercing. I didn't feel comfortable stopping the experience, so I went through with the piercing, but he had made it crooked and I had to take it out soon after. I wouldn't recommend ever coming to this wretched place, I'd rather eat my own bush then even SEE the building. read more

The vibe was ok. This is definitely a very professional shop with reminders and decent scheduling standards. The owner seemed to have a ton of experience and was on the pricier side as a result. It really came down to the attitude he had. He's definitely an older dude stuck in his ways and always right and doesn't listen to customers needs or direction. I can handle personality clashes when somebody has skills but the last straw was the actual result. He did the outline and fill ok but it doesn't go up to the outline. There's a skin break where it should be filled around a lot of the outline. This is a total amateur move and the reason for this moderately bad review. When you charge $250/hr you better have the basic skills to back it up. I know there's free touchups but that doesn't excuse the lack of skill. Also the guys hand was heavy as hell and gave me a small blowout so I really just don't want to let him do anymore damage. read more

He got me in asap, and when the day came for my appointment he literally finished before the 3 hr mark and he captured my daughter's picture to the T! This past summer I lost my husband and i wanted his portrait on my other arm and of course I called to make an appointment with Jason! I asked to be put on a cancelation list and sure enough someone canceled a week after our consultation he got me in. It meant so much to me that he got me in asap.
