First impression: I'm taking my dog to a bad part of town! :O…read more Considering Chickasha, this may not be the nicest, but as far as service and quality goes, Its one of the best Chickasha has to offer. Upon walking into the store, your going to feel pretty claustrophobic, since this place is very small, and the little room it does have is occupied by plants, and chairs. Its nice to know your groomer is good tho, which is apparent since she has tons of awards hung on her wall. When I first walked in, I found the only employee on site was the owner herself, which personally i found refreshing. (I love when the owners themselves help me, since its their name on whatever their selling, they usually do the best) So whenever you stop buy, It will be the owner your talking too, and the owner grooming your dog. I found from talking to her, that she used to do grooming for popular dog shows and events; which explained how she knew so much. Its appointment only, but sometimes if you walk in she'll make space for you. She had my dog all ready within hours. Her prices are pretty affordable, and considering her past experience reasonable. I was very very happy wit how my dog ended up looking. (she even put cute pink bows on her! :D) This place is a a prime example on how you shouldn't ever judge a book on its cover; you'll never know if your missing out.!

I have taken my pups to a bunch of places around town and this is the best service by far I have found. Also, her prices are awesome. 5 bucks for a nail trim? Heck yeah! I am always worried about how squirmy my Lola is when I take her to get bathed and trimmed, because I've had bad experiences before with groomers who just got frustrated, but she handled Lola so well. She talked to her through the entire process. I love seeing a groomer who loves the animals and doesn't just see it as a job. The only down side of Putnam Paws is how small it is inside, but as said in other reviews, you can't judge a book by it's cover.

When Henry was less then a year old he had hair lose issue to a seed tick infestation he got at lake thunderbird. I called Alice; she was great made some really good suggestions to help grow his hair back. She could have ignored me and said puppy sold, not my problem, but she didn't. She actually cared. I've owned many dachshunds in my lifetime, but Henry is the best of all of them. Hes really smart and has a fantastic personality. He has become the favorite with my neighbors. I would not hesitate to buy another puppy from Alice. I also show her website to everyone and anyone looking for a puppy.

I have a few dogs so it was very convenient to have her come out to my house to vaccinate all of them at once and get their yearly heartworm tests. She also was wonderful for my very old pitpull who just wasn't up for traveling or moving well. Eventually he had to be put to sleep and Dr. Marshall came out to the house - it's so hard to have to decide to put your animal down but it was nice that he was not alone and in a familiar environment. I highly recommend Riverbend and Dr Marshall.

He was in extreme pain and wouldn't let me touch his foot, and with his hairy golden doodle paws it was hard to see deep between the pads. The vet dismissed my concerns, insisting it was some sort of impact injury and convinced me to pay $200 for X-rays that showed nothing. They sent us home with pain meds, but when I trimmed the hair and carefully examined the paw myself, a piece of glass fell out, exactly what I suspected from the start. I feel misled, overcharged, and very disappointed in their unwillingness to listen to the pet owner. They also refused a refund after I politely brought my concerns to them the following day. They were not empathic toward how I felt about the situation at all and blamed me because I brought him in on short notice. I was under the impression all customers would be treated the same no matter when they brought their pet in. I wish I could give zero stars.
