If you move the appointment, you get pushed out of the rotation. Very unprofessional and impossible to deal with. It was an ongoing issue that happened every 2-3 months. They always blamed their system, but it never seemed to get fixed. The service its self was always great, but getting them here or having an on going appointment was impossible. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Keep looking.

No groom came to the counter to greet me. I patiently waited. I could see through the crack in the door the groom answering text messages with her phone. Finally, she came to the desk. No good morning, no hello, no welcome to Shabby Chic. I said, good morning, I'm here to deliver a dog for her services. The groom looks at me, looks at the dog & states, 'You're late, her appointment was at 8am.' I explain that there must be a mistake as my dad called in advance to let her know that children need to be dropped off, so I would not be there at 8am. It all went downhill from there. This woman has a horrible attitude. Now maybe she's nice to my Dad... I don't know that, but she was rude to me. I was out of there! My point being, if you own a business, and obviously have a good customer, wouldn't you try to provide great customer service all the time? Not what you will find here...terrible customer service. I don't want to hear that you are backed up because you were on vacation & your assistant quit. I'll just bring the dog somewhere else.

They sent us home with pain meds, but when I trimmed the hair and carefully examined the paw myself, a piece of glass fell out, exactly what I suspected from the start. I feel misled, overcharged, and very disappointed in their unwillingness to listen to the pet owner. They also refused a refund after I politely brought my concerns to them the following day. They were not empathic toward how I felt about the situation at all and blamed me because I brought him in on short notice. I was under the impression all customers would be treated the same no matter when they brought their pet in. I wish I could give zero stars.

We recently moved to OK from TX and had to find a new place. We had heard good things about Animal Boarding Center on Tuttle Talk on Facebook. So we checked them out. And we are super happy with them. They are good with my dogs; they have several fenced in areas so they can let different groups of dogs out at various times for playtime. My dogs get to meet other dogs through the fence, which is good for their social interaction. They don't go often as I work from home and they spend time with me, but we like to let them have some stimulating play away from home so they can experience different sights and smells. The price is super reasonable, Kim and Ronnie are great with all the dogs, and my dogs, Taco and Bella, are always excited when we pull up out front. We love that we can see photos of their time at "camp," as we call it, the next day on FB. We will definitely keep coming back.
