The owner is very quick to respond to communications requesting appointments. She may not always have availability exactly when you want, but that is a price of success and quality: she's busy. She never fails to get us in within a week of our request. I have seen a couple of complaints regarding pricing. PPP is not the cheapest groomer in town, and while I have not visited all of them, I would wager it is also not the most expensive. If it is a few bucks more than a competitor the service is well worth it. We drive past several other groomers that are closer to our home to get to PPP. We will continue to frequent this business for as long as we have dogs and it's open. Very pleased and highly recommended.

They will even volunteer helpful information about my dog's grooming. I highly recommend this location. The only caveat (not a problem for me) is that you have to take your dog very early in the morning to ensure they have time to groom them. They have a hard cutoff at 10:AM, but I recommend getting there before 8. I always call ahead to make sure. Again, these folks are aces.

I love that they are located close to my home. The shop is full of cute dog sweaters, fun toys and snacks. Miss Amy is really good with Teddy. He's old and anxious and she was the one to ask me about his behavior at home and suggested I talk to his vet about possible dementia symptoms. Sure enough, she was right. I knew something was off and couldn't place it and she knew right away. She didn't make me feel bad about it. She just presented the facts of what she saw in the kindest manner and I am so grateful for that. Most of all, she is gentle and patient, so if you have an older dog, they will be in good hands!
