I'm not sure if they could tell I've been running around like a chicken or not- but they said to not worry about they would take care of him and of me. I understood she needed to be shaved, but they left her face and tail long while shaving the bridge of her nose, which left her with a noticeable bald spot in the middle of her face. On top of that, she came home with a bloody paw from a cut between her toe pads. For a first-time visit, there should have been more communication before starting. On top of that, the price was crazy for the quality of work. Something we could have done ourselves at home. We will not be returning. * The owner has tried to reach out and i'm not interested in speaking. Cindy has been grooming my cavapoo for a while now! We are satisfied every single time. She is so good and loving to my baby! And my doggy doesn't have any issues now due to grooming. She always delivers wether it be long or short. It is pricier than other options but for them coming to you, excellent customer service, care for pups & super skilled groomers they have it's 100% worth it! Cindy is the best!

I left halfway through the service and reporting to BBB before the negligence gets someone's helpless pet hurt or even killed.
