Job 1: They crawled halfway across our house, through our rat maze of an attic, to install a hanging light in a vaulted ceiling over our pool table. There was no previous light or even any power there, and they got it installed with a switch in the wall and it looks & works perfect. Job 2: I called 2 of Tesla's "authorized installers" to have my 80 amp wall charger installed. The first said it couldn't be done without changing my whole house panel (!), and the second said yes, but it would cost $1300. Then I remembered the great job Bennett had done on the light and called Chris. Glad I did! He was there the next day for an estimate, and 4 days later it was installed for less than 1/2 the price quoted by the second place. The day came and they didn't show within the time window that they gave me. I gave them a call and it turns out their plumber was running late. This is fine, but it would've been nice to have been notified without me having to chase down that information. We rescheduled for later in the day. The guy never showed again. I called three more times during the day, left messages, and never heard back from them. They also never followed up later that week or ever. I had heard good things about Henderson plumbing and was excited to work with them. I'm sorry to say they just wasted my time. I would have liked to give them some business. The guy went under our house and took a bunch of pictures then came out and showed us the same rusty leaking water pipes the pest guy showed us. We decided it was probably best to replace them, and got a couple of other quotes, but these guys were definitely the best price and they were the only plumbers offering to get the whole thing done in one day. They arrived early in the morning with a bunch of drop cloths and covered darn near everything to keep my house clean. The floors, couches, tables, chairs, etc. I think they did a really good job! They finished the whole thing that same day and the inspector was out the next day to take a look. He came out from under the house with nothing but good things to say. I figured they knew what they were doing, but I didn't think my faucets and showers would be so nice now. They have so much more pressure it's like I have new bathrooms, and the kitchen faucet finally has hot water again. If you're looking for a repipe, for sure call Bay Area Repipe for a quote. My garbage disposal wasn't working properly, as something was stuck inside and not allowing the blades to move. He got his vacuum and got it right out. Everything worked fine after. So as far as my garbage disposal working again, that went well. First off, I called him the day before he came and everything was fine. We agreed he come at 8:30AM. I text him my name and address. I also asked if he could install a light for me as well. I know he isn't an election, duh. But I was trying to kill two birds with one stone so why not ask? He said he could do it! GREAT! The next day rolls around. I called him at 8:31AM exactly and told him I was running to the ATM, which would only take about 15 minutes. He said OK, he was at Home Depot and would be on his way. I didn't mind because I was running late as well. But that's where it started... Around 9AM he called and asked where my house was on International. Um, I text you my address the day before, so I feel as if you should have directions to the location ahead of time and not be calling me 30 minutes after you where supposed to be here to ask where I live. He called again about 20 minutes later, by this time he had arrived. He came in. He did "fix" my food disposer. He took it apart to find the clog and there was not a clog- that took About 20 minutes with no luck. So be took his vacuum and sucked out the blockage, which took less then 5 minutes. He started packing his tools. I asked if he was still going to install the light, and he looked at it. Took a deep breath, and said there wasn't enough time. UMMM, IF YOU WEREN'T LATE MAYBE YOU COULD OF AT LEAST HAD TIME TO OPEN THE BOX! He said he would come the next day to install it, then charged $75 dollars for the bullsh*t... $75 bucks for 30 minutes of work and all you had to do was vacuum? OK. AWESOME! He came the next day and attempted to work on the light. He opened the box and told me I needed to call an electrician. Waste of time! I told him I was NOT at ALL happy with his service from yesterday, and the crap he pulled today. He got loud with me and yelled "OH OK YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK BECAUSE YOU WERE NOT HAPPY! HERE YOU GO!" And handed me $20. And left. I never ever want to deal with someone who's customer service is this rank. He is not courteous of how you feel as a client, your schedule, or your budget. I read a review before (which seems to have gone missing) in which a Yelper insisted you ask for pricing before he finished the job. Something I didn't do. Long story short I was ripped off. And my time was wasted. I regret even paying him...
