They have 2 stories! So if you're looking for something and don't see it on the first floor, head up the stairs and it'll probably be there. They do have an elevator, as well, if needed. By the registers, they have 3 Self Checkouts for easy self-serve shopping. One staff was monitoring the operations but it was a seamless experience for me. You just gotta keep in mind you are downtown so you may encounter unhomed people and all that comes with that.

This makes me so happy to experience a unique interaction, but it also gives me the ethos to recommend that if you shop here you should always ask for the pharmacist's advice because you never know what they might have behind the counter. Although I cannot speak for the pharmaceutical side, I can say that this place has ample choices to choose from on the market side. They even had quite a bit of product on clearance, which was super cool.
