Dr Herring is super kind and takes the time to listen to all of my concerns. All of his staff is super friendly and kind. Jennifer is the hygienist that cleaned my teeth and I must say is an Angel! Super sweet and always take extra steps to make sure I am comfortable since I told her I was terrified of the dentist with my past terror experiences somewhere else where. She has no personality, she makes you wait while she sweeps up, granted that might have been a good idea but not when you a multiple clients waiting. She cut the girl ahead of me hair way too short. My cut was fine;however, she stabbed me with the scissors!!!! No apology, just "oh did i get you." She was the only one there on a Friday afternoon. Big mistake, she was telling people there was a 45 minute wait. One man decided to leave. While cutting my hair she was bad mouthing the girl ahead of me, because the girl was upset. She told me that she knew when other stylists were't a good fit, that's why the good ones are gone. She is the bad fit. And owners, she really didn't speakly highly of you either. And once again the credit card machine wasnt working. She asked if i had cash. I checked, i only had ten dollars. She told me she would only charge me 9 because the cc machine wasnt working. When I get to the self checkout the machine took four of my coupons but only granted me one and the cashier couldnt figure out which ones was mine but 4 items for $75. NO THANK YOU I went to walmart and spent all my money there. I am so tired of the whole coupon put in your phone number scan coupon I would have spent a total of $75. at your cvs, well guess what I went to walmart and for the same items spent under $40. quit thinking that adding a bunch of coupons of stuff I will never buy but puttin bold letters of pain or makeup so that I will think you are saving me big money.
