Jeff Miller was very helpful, informative and a pleasure in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Turnaround time for delivery was very convenient.

Absolutely love this business. My brother is disabled and we had gotten a power wheelchair from…read moreanother national company about 19 months ago. This other company has been atrocious when the chair needed repairs. This time they told me in mid-November 2024 that they couldn't even evaluate his power wheelchair until February 2025 and then said it would be 3-4 months "to get parts". This is unacceptable when someone is 100% dependent on his power wheelchair to live in his home. So I went to Home Medical Equipment by the Kerring Group and they referred me here. It is apparently part of their company. That was last Friday. On Monday my brother's power chair was evaluated by an engineer (I didn't know this was even an option!), he was given a loaner chair and his chair is being repaired now. In addition, the engineer was able to address issues by brother has had that has caused him pain and tell him that he's on the wrong cushion and has an incorrect armrest. The cushion he had my brother try was immediately more comfortable. Holy smokes, they were wonderful! I'm so grateful to Alex ( the engineer) and Josh!

This Sienna is by far one of the nicest vehicle I have ever owned. Isabel, the general manager has handled the last 2 sales. Steve one of the maintenance guys, is great, and always seems to have a unique fix for strange issues that come up. I haven't always been happy with the service especially when I tried to get a ramp check about 14 monthis ago. To be fair, Covid19 was still an issue, and they had just hired a new service manager, ( he is gone now). Initially, years ago, I was not to happy to learn that I had to pay an iventory tax, but that is a company policy not the dealers problem, and I learned to live with it. Isabel and her people have always responded to meet my needs. They have kept my vehicles in good shape, and they take my old vehicle back on trade in. I am fortunate as a veteran the VA pays for the cost of the conversion, while I only pay the cost of the new vehicle. This vehicle allows me to go places, that I could not otherwise go. Its better than carrying a wheelchair on the back of a truck or car. The ramp van restored my freedom to do what I want to do with out depending on someone else. (To be sure in 2020, I purchased a vehicle from Mobility Works, that dealer was hard to work with, their personal would say things that were not fact. They just did not know how to treat people.) My inital vehicle and the last two have come from United Access. If I ever need another van I will return to United Access. Thanks to the people of United Access for everything they do for me and other veterans.

in Pflugerville the crew is exceptional. Ike, Steve and Juan are not only great with their work…read morethey create a wonderful relationship that is friendly, fun and personal giving me an experience of trust and being well taken care of. Along with Dave and Pamela, in the front office, this company earns an A+.
