The whole job was done in less than an hour and his recommendation for me was not to worry about it for another two years. Oh and if you call to make an appointment you will be connected to "Sophie" at first, just to warn you, she is AI and gets stuff wrong, best thing you can do is ask her if she's AI, she will tell you she is, and then you can ask for a human being, worked for me. Was confused because took my name and booked an appointment, but didn't get my address. 2 hour window for the appointment and was able to get a time less than 48 hours. Received a confirmation email and had my address which was wild. Fast forward to Monday and they arrived 25 minutes before their scheduled time. They sent a text that they would be arriving in 30 minutes and then they were there. Usually would be happy for a plumber to arrive early, but wife had a work call and I was driving home from work to meet him. He was ringing the doorbell a bunch which annoyed my wife, but life happens. Joel was very nice and said we needed to call CPL to locate where exactly the leak is. He gave me the wrong number for CPL even though I read the number back to him. True Plumbing didn't have any appointments the next day, but Joel found a way to squeeze me in to take a look after CPL completed their inspection. Sent two estimates which I had questions about. I talked to Joel on the phone and he answered them all. I really like that he was able to do cement work which some places wouldn't do. The communication across the board really stood out to me and I know their prices are better than most because I had quite a few estimates.

This time around, our Rheem water heater failed before reaching even 7 years, despite having a 12‑year warranty. Even though Quick is closed on weekends, Brandon texted me and set us up first thing Monday morning. Ben (sales) was extremely helpful, walked me through all the options, and made a genuine effort to get Rheem to honor the warranty. Unfortunately, Rheem couldn't provide a replacement and instead offered fair market compensation (still TBD). Not thrilled with Rheem, but Ben handled the situation professionally and kept me informed throughout. We ultimately went with a Bradford White, and Sammy installed it the same day. His work was excellent--professional, efficient, and spotless cleanup. The Bradford White + installation was very reasonable and very surprisingly comparable to my prior installation. Very impressed with Quick's responsiveness, professionalism, and ability to turn everything around in a single day. Highly recommend them.

He was also very impressive when listening to him explain what our system could look like and what our options would be. At that time, we were already having an ADU built in our backyard, and when the contractor found out we wanted a new tankless heater and water filter installed on our main house, he offered us a discount and installed a tankless heater. It ended up being a big mistake as they did a very sloppy job. Fast forward to this past September 2025, and my wife put out a Yelp request to get a water filtration system installed. She did not know that Pure Plumbing had come out previously, but I recognized Bryan's name when my wife told me he would be coming to the house. He walked my wife through everything while I was at work, and she was impressed by him too. He even pointed out where our contractor's plumber had made a major mistake with our tankless heater. Dominick asked us to send a couple photos so he could assess the issue, then dispatched Milton, who literally showed up within the hour. Seriously a lifesaver! What could have turned into a $1,200 wall-opening repair ended up costing a couple hundred thanks to Milton's skill and patience. He carefully chipped away at the completely seized cartridge for two solid hours & removed it w/out damaging the valve.
