Girl with the hostess was new needed help. Messed up the seating. Our waitress was unsure of the ordering device she was using was not comfortable with it. Made us nervous since one of us had a food allergy. Never really checked on us. People sat and got their food after us and they left and we were still waiting. Another table had to get their own to go box since no one was helping them. Another table had a bee that would not leave them alone and they had to keep standing to avoid it. The guy was trying to protect the others and got stung. Once they left another waitress was taking to her table and was mocking him for being stung and being very rude and laughing at him. Service from the moment I stepped up to the hostess stand was terrific. My party hadn't completely arrived yet, but those of us who were there were seated immediately. We ordered for pickup, so this review is based solely on our food experience. It was DELICIOUS. One of the top pizza places I have tried. Their wings were also super tasty and well prepared. Im so glad we stumbled upon this spot. We were seated immediately and our wait staffer Val, who was in training, was incredible. I appreciated that Val's trainer came to check in on our experience as well. Now, this food!!!! Yes!!! One, they have vegan and gluten free options which was great for my partner. The only reason we came was for gluten free pizza. They didn't have them and we were notified by our server after we had ordered and were waiting. Server was curt and overcharged us for gluten free pizza. When we asked her about it she said, I charged you for a cheaper pizza, it would have been more expensive. Her answer made no sense. Our server Tatiana was great! For families, this place is great because the kids menu has a lot of choices and prices across the menu are reasonable. Kids got the chicken tenders and pasta. I tried the fried calamari, which I loved! Especially since there were fried banana peppers in with the calamari. We also got the quinoa arugula salad, without the beets and with added feta. It was perfect for two people and was yummy! We also got the penne alla vodka and I loved the sauce! It came with a chunk of focaccia so you could soak up the extra sauce. We liked how spacious it is. Ambiance is bar-ish and artsy kind of resto. We ordered a seasfood pasta of the day(pasta del giorno), piecasso lasagna and a old school supremepizza pie. All were great! No wonder they got so many recognitions on their walls. Bathrooms are a bit filthy, understandable knowing that they have shortstaff but then all tables are open so customer service was not at all that great hence the 4-star, the waiting time to get our check was long and since other servers are locked on their assigned tables so they tried to avoid eye contact with other tables unassigned. Anyways that is just my concern for the price they have set on their menu. If it was cheaper to compensate for the service it would have been a 5 star. I think Picasso would definitely be impressed by the artistry of these pies! I know I enjoyed the pizza but all the food was great and the service was excellent as well. I walked in sans reservation on a Thursday evening and quickly realized the error of my ways. Make reservations here otherwise be prepared to wait. Luckily the wait time was just under 30 minutes so not too chaotic. Once seated, I was quickly greeted by a really nice waiter. Since I had a bit of time to review the menu while waiting to be seated, I pretty much knew what I wanted. I started with a Caesar salad which was a nice way to start a meal. It was generously sized for an appetizer. Good flavor in the dressing and nicely topped. I decided on the pesto pasta for an entree and added shrimp for a more hearty meal. The pesto was yummy although I will admit I was missing the nuttiness. Their version is allergen friendly so minus the nuts but still satisfying! The basil and olive oil blend was great. Nicely cooked shrimp rounded it out. I had family back at the hotel so grabbed a margarita pizza to go plus a cannoli. The pizza really was the greatest aspect of the meal. I HAD to taste a slice and can attest that the pies aren't to be missed. Excellent crust and the sauce blend was amazing. Slightly sweet just how I like it. Lots of fresh basil scattered around the pie sealed the deal. The flavor is packed in! The cannoli was a pleasant way to finish the meal. Entree dishes are a complete waste of money!! I ordered the Root and Quinoa Bowl and I couldn't believe how small the portion size was! $22 for a sprinkling of vegetables, a tiny container of mashed sweet potato and a underwhelming scoop of quinoa is NOT worth it. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere! As locals, we will definitely be choosing a different restaurant in Stowe the next time we are in town. Do better Piecasso. read more

Our server was really pleasant and helpful... we each tried a taste of a drink and didn't love it, but ended up loving what we did get (the cava rose and a Stowe cider Tips Up). I called to order a small pizza to go on a Wednesday night after a long drive from Bangor ME. The phone was answered quickly but I was put on hold for 6 min before I hung up and ordered online. I ordered a small old school supreme pizza that would be ready in 45 min. The order process was efficient. I picked it up within 8min of the txt. The flavor was spot on and the dough was made perfectly. My only catch, a very important one, is that the crust was missing that bite 'crunch' for a thinner crust pizza. A family friendly place for pizza and more. This place is very spacious, while I was there they were accommodating a large group of about 10 down to 2-3 people. Some tables seemed to get employees that were more attentive than ours, we really had to find them for anything and we were one of two tables they were working. The pizzas that we got, good crisp to the crust, generous toppings, and small pizzas would have been better for such a small group as ours (3). We also tried the calamari. I was very impressed with that, the taste and texture were just right. My personal preference is not to have banana peppers also breaded and fried mixed in with my calamari. While I enjoy them with the dish, I don't like to be surprised that the ring I just ate was a pepper. This was the only pizza joint we tried here, so I can't compare to anywhere else, but I do know you could do worse. read more

We had super attentive, friendly, service. Started with garlic knots- which are a definite must-have. They have cheese in them too, that gets crunchy on the edges. Shared a large pizza between four of us, margarita on one side and another special on the other side, with sausage pepperoni peppers and onions. Both sides were tasty. I'm usually not a sausage fan- but loved the small circular sausages on this pizza. Enjoyed the pieces of fresh mozzarella on the margarita. You can tell they use quality ingredients. We also had ciders to go along with it. My friends went with Stowe ciders, which seem on the more traditional end, and I went with a Citizen Cider- the ginger one, that's a bit hoppy. read more

While hiking the highest mountain in Vermont, Mt Mansfield, I quickly struck up conversations with other tourists. One of them recommended Piecasso. I'm such a sucker for pizza and pasta, so I had to check it out. It was such a cool restaurant decorated than Picasso inspired artwork. The architecture was something to note as well- very cool how the inside of the restaurant looked. The food was fantastic and I would recommend this to any local, or tourist of the area! I had no idea I could get a proper Stromboli in VT. It was exactly what I needed and wanted. Some people think Stromboli and calzones are the same thing and they're not. Strombolis do not have ricotta and the sauce is what you dip with. The dough was perfectly tender and easy to cut, pull apart. It contained the right amount of papers, onions, pepperoni, cheese, mushrooms (as I'd ordered it). The sauce was good.
