Fabulous food, not just pizza, but the full menu is really tasty. And while the front of the house is busy, with limited seating, try to head out into the back for a really cool outdoor dining area. We were there on a clear night and it felt very special. The service is lead off by Emilia, who greeted us, walked through the menu with us, and followed up later to see how our meal was. Every restaurant needs an Emilia, with a real focus on customer service. But you want to know about the food: Broccolini - I hear it's really special, but they were sold out on the night that we went recently. Meatballs - meaty, cheesy served hot. Caprese salad - this really was a good salad with arugula, Barada cheese, and balsamic, please. They could've eaten too orders of this.. Shrimp - we couldn't get the broccolini Emilia suggested we try the shrimp, and she was right. They were delicious with just a hint of a spicy cake.. Pepperoni pizza -we got ours with hot honey, and it really lived up to the hype. The crust is charred, but it is still light and airy and the sauce is something that they should sell, it's that good.. Margarita pizza - this was my favorite by far, fresh ingredients, like crust, served hot, it was delicious. I've had my eye on the spot for quite a long time, and I'm sad that it took me this long to get here. But I'm already planning to go back next week.

We dined in on a weekend. We were met with a warm welcome from the staff. We ordered the meatballs, the hot honey ricotta bread and the buffalo wings for starters. They were all exceptional. Flavorful and piping hot, we thoroughly enjoyed each one. The pizza was thin, crispy and had a generous portion of toppings over a tasty white sauce. We will definitely return.

The smells coming from inside bring you right into the building. I just couldn't resist! There are only a few places to sit inside so. we entered and reviewed the menu but no one offered to help us. So we left and went down the street for a drink and then ordered online. I'm hoping this isn't common practice for their service. We ordered the Bianca pizza. It was served with a lemon wedge which was fantastic when squeezed on the pizza. I thought the pizza tasted good, but did think it was a little expensive for the small size.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and showered with attention (the staff here really know what customer service is about). The interior is on the smaller size, but well placed and organized. I ordered the margherita pizza and garlic bread. Pizza - textually it was good , crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside from the wood fire. My only gripe is that often times the bitterness from the charred parts of the pizza would overpower those subtle flavors. Garlic Bread - Just slightly undercooked, but again subtle in flavor and forgettable with a $9 price tag. It is unfortunate that it was only the customer service that wowed me. Although, the pizza isn't far off; I will be back and look forward to bolder flavors.

If you're looking for the BEST wood-fired pizza in Jacksonville, look no further than Pie95. Every bite is pure perfection--crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and that unbeatable smoky flavor that only comes from a true artisan oven. The team behind the counter is just as warm as the pizza--friendly, passionate, and clearly in love with what they do. Whether you're grabbing a classic Margherita or going bold with one of their creative specials, you can taste the love in every slice. It's comfort food, elevated--and I can't wait to go back! Run, don't walk. Your taste buds will thank you.

When in Jacksonville Florida you better visit Pie95Pizza, we met Evan when he had his truck with his fire wood oven designed and built in Italy! and he took a leap of faith and after tons of work, endless days and saying goodbye to his beloved truck, Etan had a built and mortar location...nothing has changed Fresh ingredients, fire wood oven, and he loves for 5 stars pizza and desserts

First time coming to Pie95, came in with a few friends. We ordered a few pies and salads. They only had one option for salad (from what I saw) and it was an arugula salad. It was a fine salad that could be split between 2, but not much to it. Minimal ingredients in the salad at the price point. The pizza was good, I don't typically like firewood pizza because the fire taste can be overwhelming but they cook the pizza just right so that it's not overly smoky tasting or burnt. An employee recommended tiramisu for dessert and it was good as well. I liked the pistachio pieces and it was presented very nicely. The service was quick, we went to the counter to order and sat down since they brought the food to our table. It's a nice restaurant that is conveniently located near other great businesses off Park and King St.

I went for the appetizer. It was delicious with the ricotta and chili oil. I could have at two plates of it. Staff was friendly and checked on us alot while we ate in the outdoor seating area in the back. It was intimate and off the street. Will definitely be back

Great pizza, super friendly staff and quick service. Even though there was a steady flow of customers Saturday early evening, our pizzas still came out in a very reasonable amount of time. We also had no issues finding parking along King Street. There's a few high top tables inside but I like that the outdoor seating out back was spacious & shaded by the surrounding buildings. We enjoyed both our pizzas. [ Pizza Herbivore ] Cheese Please Base Pizza Topped With All House Veggies [ Pizza Margherita ] Tomato Sauce, Basil, Fresh Mozzarell, Evoo [ Fire Roasted Meatballs ] Pomodoro Sauce, EVOO, Mikes Hot Honey, Black Pepper And Shaved Parm The meatballs also had a generous amount of sauce which we couldn't let go to waste so we used the remaining sauce to dip our pizza crust :) Our only regret was seeing the sign for the broccolini as we were leaving! We'll have to try that next time. I'm also eyeballing the Romantica & Carnivore for my next meal at Pie95Pizza.

This is one of those places that we love but haven't been to in far too long. We both tried things that were new to each of us tonight as well, which was cool. I ordered The Ole Smokie, with everything on it and choose cheddar cheese. My first thought when it was brought to the table was "oh, I'll probably have to go at this with a fork & knife" but I decided to give it a shot as intended. I'm glad I did because the bread held up surprisingly well! As far as ingredients go, the brisket was good and smokey. There was a good mix of everything else and more than enough cheddar. My wife ordered the Chicken Cheesesteak. She also had a choice of cheese and she picked whizz. The thing that separates this from what people might expect is that it's chunks of chicken, not shredded chicken. She said that's not a bad thing at all, just a change from what some might exoect. She thought it was a welcome change. She liked their cheese whizz a lot and liked the roll as always, so she was glad she tried it. It's worth noting that both sandwiches were big enough that we both took half of each home. I didn't get the name of the two people that were working there this evening, but I'd still like to give then a shout out. They were both incredibly patient with the customers ahead of us and they didn't make us feel rushed even though we were there fairly close to the time they close on Friday evenings. Another good visit to Clarke Bros. Here's hoping it doesn't take us so long to get back here again for the next visit!

Ordered at the front counter and was greeted by a friendly young lady... good start. I went in planning to get the muffaleta off the specials board. They checked on it, but no luck... they were out of the cuts needed. I was pointed toward the Italian, but my buddy already grabbed that and I felt like being different. Noticed another special on the wall, a smoked brisket sandwich. Can't remember the exact name, but that's what I went with. Instead of chips or their homemade tots, I grabbed the balsamic roasted brussel sprouts as an appetizer. Tables weren't the cleanest and were a little wobbly, but nothing deal-breaking... we made it work. Food came out pretty quick and looked solid. Flavor-wise... a little mixed. The brussel sprouts were very flaky and leafy, almost crumbled apart. You really had to work your fork to get a bite. I was picturing larger roasted halves. Sauce was fine, nothing bad, nothing special. I'd give those a 3 out of 5. The brisket sandwich was interesting. The meat was very fatty and kind of tough to chew through. Not sure if that's just the cut or the prep. I ate about three-quarters of it. It wasn't bad, just didn't hit the way I hoped. Probably still thinking about that muffaleta. Another 3 out of 5. I'd come back, no doubt... but next time I'm sticking with what they're known for. Those cheesesteaks always look great, and that's probably the move. Today was about trying something different, and I'm glad I did... even if it didn't knock my socks off.
