these ladies are the sweetest mother-daughter duo and they know how to cook! The arepas are cooked crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, like a warm Venezuelan pita pocket. Omg and their salsas are so good too. Get the one stuffed with chicken, steak, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and avocado. ⁣go ahead and get two because you'll want to go back for more.

We tried this food truck right in front of Denver Beer Co and it was the best arepa I've ever had! I got the pabellón and it was so good! The side salsa was a little spicy but good and the sauce was so creamy! I would definitely recommend this place if you grab a beer or around the area! Definitely a must try.

I am not going to lie, this was the absolute best sandwich I have ever had from a food truck or restaurant in general in a long time. I asked her just to give me whatever was the most popular because everything looked so good and now I will be on a mission to track this truck down in Denver every day for the rest of my life. 10 stars hands down.

I absolutely love arepas and the second I saw this place in the Avanti food court I knew I had to get it because I've been craving good Venezuelan arepas rellenas for so long. I'm vegetarian which they had multiple options for and I decided on the 'La Original' arepa with black beans, plantains, and avocado, and I requested for cheese on it as well which they added free of charge. The arepa was everything I could've ever wanted and it didn't fall apart while eating it even though it was super full which was good because that does happen often with poorly made arepas. I also got the sweet fried plantains which had cheese and their special sauce and were so so good. The employees were kind and attentive and the food came out in about 5 minutes because there was pretty much no line. I loved this place and wish I lived in Boulder so I could get it more often. Si te hace falta una buena arepa venezolana, te juro que este lugar no te decepcionará, ni en su calidad, servicio al cliente, ni su autenticidad. Lo recomiendo con todo mi corazón y te juro que saldrás lleno y contento.

No onion, no sauces.. nothing...just dry meats and a soggy bread and few dry wilted lettuce. Super disappointing to having paid almost $75 dollars for three pieces of meat in a bun, no cheese and no flavors. Even if you have the sauces outside it doesn't mean that your burger is wow.. we are not coming back! It is not worth it the long drive but also to try a burger that lacks of flavor and the original venezuelan style but also the toppings (cheese, onion, fried egg, tomato, avocado, papas ralladas) I just felt that I tried like an american burger but with three different meats and nothing else. I can say like a McDonalds.. even McDonals tastes better and less expensive.. You have such a basic and overrated concept. In addition, the fries were over cooked that one almost breaks my teeth. Not coming back! Not even to try again.. Also it was super expensive. With thay money I paid, I would have gone to a restaurant even fancy.. but this food truck is a waste of time and money. Service: it was so so as well. People over there, lack of customer service as well. They forgot items from my order too. Few things that we paid were missing and we realized about it when we were back home. Not even worth it to drive and to get this back. We GOT RIPPED OFF.. your menu promised things and you sold a terrible product that lacked of quality and presentation. BTW.. The only good things: Tequeños, Colombian Soda (Manzana) and guasacaca.

You could see the young lady that was there working in real time on many of the baked goods and the young man at the register was very kind and explained everything on the menu. There was a big TV with the Denver playoffs on, so I truly appreciated that while waiting. Oliver items were baked to perfection.
