We ultimately settled on the traditional bizcoho mojadito for the wedding cake and berry tres leches cake for another dessert option. We ordered enough cake/tres leches to feed ~90 people! Our guests LOVED these cakes, so much so, we left the night with only four mini tres leches and one slice of our wedding cake. The people devoured it.
