My partner and I were able to try and sample a variety of cakes beforehand. We loved everything we tried. We ultimately settled on the traditional bizcoho mojadito for the wedding cake and berry tres leches cake for another dessert option. We ordered enough cake/tres leches to feed ~90 people! Our guests LOVED these cakes, so much so, we left the night with only four mini tres leches and one slice of our wedding cake. The people devoured it. The cake looked exactly how I wanted it to with all the little pearls. Melissa was also so sweet to work with and she was so attentive to anything I needed. Please please check her out! She has amazing skills, outstanding flavors, and unmatched prices for her services. Also, she delivered the cake to our venue without any issue - was about 1 hour away from her.
