When he arrived in his Honda, I showed him various panels on both sides of the yard including a total of 4 gates that needed replacement. Less than SIX minutes later he walked back to his car and drove away without a single word. This is a clown show..unprofessional and NOT worthy of your time of consideration. Hire a real fence company...they often show up in a truck...they often have some type of sign on the side of said truck advertising their business...."sometimes" they present you with a business card when they arrive but regardless professionals NEVER drive off without communicating..bad joke!!!!!! ZERO stars! CONTINUATION: The same day, within 3 hours I receive the following "private reply" as follows in its entirety. I have posted BOTH responses as a warning to any potential customers as to who they are dealing with in regards to Mr. Santos offered services. Santos M. Mr. Todd, thanks for your review! God bless you and may you have a good health and long life because God says" treat evil with good". My reply in full as follows: Mr. Santos.. You keep digging this hole deeper. Very curious! This is apparently your version of "good" or doing good....? The above review may have been a bit harsh but not without reason and was accurate. I invited you onto my property for a simple bid via YELP along with others that replied as you did. I did not treat you unkindly in ANY regard. In fact, my first oral communication was very brief and not until your arrival. You demonstrated your incompetence in full by leaving without a communication/bid before referring to me as "evil" for calling you out on your poor attitude/response. A simple "no bid" text would have been more than sufficient. I am not sure what your issues are, perhaps you were just having a bad day?? The unprofessionalism and name calling is uncalled for. Actions and words have consequences. Its an arduous task trying to build a small business that treats total strangers with respect, and all of it based on a website without person to person referrals that could vouch for a tradesman's personal integrity. Good Luck with that! Sir, you are not allowed on my property at any time for any reason. There are are multiple security and surveillance cameras in my subdivision.

I did a ton of research and asked for recommendations to replace our privacy fence. The fence…read morecompany that most everyone gave rave reviews about is Hancock. Boy was everyone right. From responsiveness, work ethic and impeccable service, Hancock should be your first and only call, when needing fence work! I initially reached out to Hancock via Yelp, of course ‍ Tyler immediately responded and didn't waste any time answering all of my concerns. The next day he came out to walk/measure our fence and give me some bid options to replace both sides of two alleys, front of our house sections, one new gate (we were eliminating the backyard gate), remove a section along our driveway and add an auto-gate. Our neighbor had already replaced our shared section of fencing. Their bids do not include staining, but the company they recommend, Ultimate Wood Care, is equally as awesome and reasonably priced. Since we were upgrading to 8' board on board w an auto-gate, I knew it was going to be expensive. Our property sits on a half acre and our driveway is 30' wide. So we probably have double linear feet and width of driveway. But it is true what we all say, "you get what you pay for." Yes, it was expensive, but this fence isn't going anywhere, the fence is built w steal fence posts, cedar pickets, the front gate is framed w steal and the auto-gate is the icing on the cake! Additionally, if you spend big bucks on their premier fencing, you'll get a 10 yr warranty! This warranty has been incredible. We had a couple of boards crack and I simply notify Tyler w photo of picket, he sends his guys out the very next day and they not only replace it with a new picket, they stain it to match the color of our existing stain! Next, Tyler gave me their bid, I approved, he got necessary city permits and the guys were out and demoing our fence the very next Monday morning at 9am! Tyler's guys are punctual, respectful, hard working, do a hell of a job removing/replacing fencing as well as installing auto-gates and very dependable. Having worked in the construction business, as Operations Manager for 17 yrs in Austin, I am super picky and very vocal regarding punctuality, dependability, cleanliness on job site and completing work in a timely manner. Hancock fencing is above and beyond my "high bar" expectations. The guys showed up on time every morning, left our property immaculate at the end of each day, worked a full hard days work and completed our fence in a 5 day work week! I simply cannot sing enough praises for, Tyler and his crew! So don't waste anymore time researching and comparing fencing companies, simply call Hancock, you will not be disappointed or have any regrets when they're done! They are Bar None the BEST fencing company you will ever need to hire, to do any and all necessary fencing work!

He stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of his fences and is a true professional! I wish all contractors were as ethical as Jeff is. Because of storm damage on my old fence, I needed a new fence installed as soon as possible. Jeff worked me into his very busy schedule within a week or so. I had an 8-foot, board-on-board fence installed with a top cap and covered metal poles. Jeff gets the permit required by the city, calls for the utilities to be marked, and doesn't ask for payment up front, so you don't feel like you will be taken advantage of. He employs his own installers, resulting in a high-quality fence. The installers worked hard and were respectful of my property. The workmanship is superb and beautiful. Affordable Fence Company is competitively priced but what sets Jeff apart besides his customer service is his fence and gate warranty. I highly recommend using Affordable Fence Company and have already referred them to several.
