Ted was fantastic to work with. He was so professional and really helped us out of a big mess. His guys came out twice to tarp our house during spring storms during a remodel that had us building on additions to our home. The roof had to be opened up during the framing of the new areas and part of our home was exposed for a time to the outdoors. One of the times that they came out was on a Saturday in between two fierce spring storms that gave us only a two hour window. At one point the wind took the tarp into a big balloon like way and his guys had to lay down on the roof holding on until it until it finally came back down and then they quickly nailed it down. It was a real nail biter experience for me for them. They really saved us big time. When all the framing was done we had them come out and replace our entire roof and a new covered patio structure for us. His crew was very efficient and respectful of our home. They did a wonderful job. His job foreman Cano was excellent and came back out several times after to address some little things. He's a magician with flashing. Nice nice guy. So glad we used Concord and got to know Ted Hogue. I would not use anyone else. read more

We are selling our home that Concord Roofing had worked on in 2019. The "home inspection company" came up with a problem on the way the drip line had been installed. I was sure that we would have a problem correcting such a small detail three years later. And when I called, the salesman that I had dealt with he was no longer with the company!! Bummer, I was toast. But I left a message and got a call from Doug Robinson, one of owners, all of this was while I was on vacation in Canada (great timing on my part). Doug was at the house the next day to inspect. He agreed with inspections and made arrangements to have his gutter guy repair it ASAP. But that is not all!! I needed to windows replaced that had broken seals. Doug met his window guy at my house to help him measure and get me a bid for repairs. All of the repairs were done before I returned from the Canada vacation!! Doug is AMAZING! This was my first "rodeo" dealing with roof replacement and I was a bit apprehensive in finding someone trustworthy in doing the job right and at the right price. I happen to spot a Concord roofing company vehicle parked in the neighborhood and it looked like the quality of the roof on the rehab home was spectacular so I gave them a call and I had the fortunate luck in speaking with Doug. What I like most it that he stayed in constant contact with me on everything I did not have track him done for anything. He went above and beyond the call for ensuring that my skylight was repaired and wouldn't causing future leaking. He came over after the job was complete while it was starting to rain and lightening and went on top off the roof to ensure all was good with the issue. I am totally happy with the quality and look off the new roof. After contacting a number of possible roofers, I found Concord Roofing and am extremely pleased with the results. As an older adult the entire process seemed overwhelming....roof, gutters, screens, fence repair, etc....well, Teddy Hogue took all the responsibility on his shoulders enabling me to know each job would get done; I was extremely pleased with his scheduling each job, getting it completed, and keeping me informed when things were to happen. I had just had surgery, so he scheduled two crews to work on the roof to minimize the disturbances during that recovery period. They were up-front about the work we needed done, how much it would cost, and what they could do to help us out. In the end, they lived up to every one of their commitments.
