    If I could give zero stars I would! They kept me waiting and then forgot about me! The worst customer service I've ever encountered!

As our time at the location went on it was clear that the team takes pride in their relationships with customers- Shemar got cars ready for the test drive like a pro, smile on his face, we made jokes and he never once hesitated to help. Yousef was super patient with me and made sure from start to finish I was happy. Can't share about this full experience with out shouting out Alex, he was clear about the warranty and like Youself, was honest, caring and his customer service was outstanding. Forget getting a phonecall returned, your best option is to show up and try to flag someone down like they are a waiter in a busy restaurant. I understand from the Jeep community that this isn't the exception. Currently looking into other Jeep dealers.

That is why the engine sign was on. I explain everything to the owner of auto lab I show the paper which Honda diagnose the problem which was the fuel injector has to change, but the owner told me it's not fuel injector with confidence !!!I left my car so they can check. What's the problem actually they keep my car for five days not calling me back. I called them and they told me we have to fix the couple stuff the bill me for $4200. I didn't have any choice. I already miss days of work They kept my car one week finally they call me to pick up the car , after a month I got the same problem All the signs was on again. I took my car back to them they said it's electrical problem they charge me for $600 again they kept my a week, I pick up my car after a week. Start driving after three weeks all the sign turn on again. Took my car to them. he told me we will check again and let you know three days no calls no update. I called them. They told me you have to change the fuel injector and oxygen sensor. I told the owner when I bring my car first time I told you this is the problem now I end up with the same problem. So far I pay $5200 and they were asking me for 4000 dollar on top. to change the fuel injector I was about to cry. I took my car came home. I can't pay $9200 in three months I ask them to give me the invoice what parts you change they told me we will send it by email. so I can take my car to the mechanic and explain what part we change but I didn't receive any email from them. Finally the new mechanic told me your engine is done. You have to put a new engine because from the start you had problem with fuel injector, and the gasket leak. To your engine so we have to put a new engine because the diagnose wrong and took $5200 and ruin the engine in my car please please don't go to this place!! owner is the meanest person he is not listening to you what you're saying.

    Buyer Beware - Especially at Sixth Gear Motors! I just…read morepurchased a used car for my daughter who is about to start university this year. Unfortunately, I bought it from Sixth Gear Motors in Ajax. Mario Nabil, the salesman was pleasant to deal with during the sale. We went to pick up the car and all was still good. Mario tried to sell us an extended warranty as the car only came with a 30 day safety warranty. We declined. We paid the bill and as my daughter was getting into her new car, Mario told us that she needed to buy new tires immediately because the car only came with snow tires and they would be ruined if she drove on them in the summer (the first surprise!). I expressed surprise and disappointment but, thankfully, Mario quickly offered to get me an excellent deal on tires. I knew we needed snow tires for the winter so it really was no big deal. Mario assured me he would look into it immediately and call me within a couple of days with options. Mario never called. No great deal was ever offered. When I called him to ask about it, he didn't seem to have any recollection of selling us the car. Two days after leaving with the car, my daughter was flagged down by a passing car on the highway because she had a flat tire. She stopped and filled it and every other day had to refill it again. I called Mario to inform him of the flat tire problem. I asked if they would repair it for her and he said they would. My daughter brought the tire in and this time had the pleasure of dealing with Ramiz Abdelmasih, who we were informed owned the dealership. Ramiz checked the tire, determined it was not punctured and informed my daughter that they would not fix it for her because, according to him, a flat tire is not a safety issue. As such it is not covered by the 30 day warranty (surprise number 2!). She said Ramiz was very degrading and she felt like he only refused to fix it because he could stand up to any teen age girl. She left sobbing. I called Ramiz because I thought there had to be a misunderstanding. Unfortunately, Ramiz held his ground. He told me that a flat tire is not a safety issue so it is not covered. I tried to argue that because the tire was not damaged, it must be a leak around the rim. Ramiz told me that any shop could fix it for $20. If I had it fixed, he would send me $20 but otherwise, it wasn't his problem. Now, a major concern! Sixth Gear did the safety inspection on my daughter's car. If a flat tire is not a safety concern to them, how many other things did they overlook because they are not safety concerns, at least in their opinion. I now have no faith in the car we bought and will bring it to a respectable shop for an inspection. I would never deal with Sixth Gear Motors again and highly recommend who ever reads this doesn't. These people are responsible for the stereotype used car salesmen are often saddled with. Not only are they dishonest, they fail in every aspect of customer service. It is bad enough getting screwed, it is much worse when they laugh in your face when you catch them! Hopefully this review will save someone from the disappointment I endured dealing with Sixth Gear Motors!

Later he called me to either collect the check (at the Pickering shop) for the extra work done or he would have the check delivered to me. Once my filter and oil change was completed a few days prior to it being completed my check engine light popped up. Took it to Ajax location where they diagnosed it and determined it was the mass air flow code popping up. Then proceed to tell me I needed my circuit changed, at $647 exact is what I paid for this repair/service. After them installing the part my check engine light had came back on. This time i took it in they informed me it was my mass air flow hose tubes that needed to be replaced. It was covered due to the fact they mis diagnosed my first issue. Now after this hose was replaced my check engine light came back on. This time I got the area manager involved due to the lack of knowledge clearly that is at this location. I was booked at Nissan dealer as my vehicle is a Nissan car, when I took my car it got a diagnostic at the Nissan dealers they informed me that the hose part had been installed backwards and I had my clamp lose. I was in disbelief as I just paid for the circuit on top of this I am travelling from Oshawa to Ajax due to the fact they are the only location with a " technician". And to make matters better they can't provide me any documentation that states the circuit needed to be changed in the first place, as they don't keep " diagnosis documents on file". I'm advising anyone who goes to this location or any Mr.Lube location for that matter do not let them do any other service on your vehicles beside maintenance work, god after all this trouble and money I've spent I won't even be servicing my vehicle here anymore. As well to my resolution on this matter , I was provided with a $250 store credit. This place is a joke and have no respect for there customers. Be cautious when dealing with this location. As well as clearly this location does not have trained staff or staff that know what they are doing!!
