The professional staff crew is made up Gian, the drink chemist, Sneha & Bri, the product & development analysis team. Submitting my order was such a pleasant experience that I was surprised to be bestowed the honor to be allowed to request my own personal boba mixture (at my own risk of course). Which to my surprise was actually quite good/tolerable, . The Cafe' L'amì employees are a stellar, courteous, and an exemplary personnel that shed an example of what other industry leaders should follow.

My favorite drink is still the Earl grey milk tea with 3J's. (Pearls, Pudding & Herbal Jelly). If this is your first time drinking bubble tea, I recommend the iconic & classic Brown Sugar Milk Tea w Pearls (also one of Felix's picks). Their current promotion is purchase any size of Felix from Kpop group, Stray Kids (3 different types of drinks selected by Felix) and get a his limited promotion cardboard cup sleeve. There are two designs: a red one and a blue one. The red one was the initial launch and now you can only get the blue one. You can also take a photo w/ Felix if you are a Stray Kids fan. When you check out make sure you sign up for their free loyalty program. You only need to register with your phone # and name. It is easy and quick. You automatically earn points every purchase. They serve wine as well and stay open relatively late--seems like a great place to hang with a drink and nosh. I would say the larger bites are less successful--sandwiches are incredibly chintzy, mostly bread or roll, with very little meat inside, at least for the chicken salad. But everything else has been just lovely. Certainly vastly preferable to the endless parade of Starbucks and Dunkin' that seem to be the only other options nearby.
