    Admission price went up but other than that it's still a great junkyard but some of the prices be very outrageous

    I had to go back 3 times to retire my vehicle. The first time I showed up I got there at 3:45 and they closed at 4 so they couldn't help me. They said to come back the next day, Sunday. So I go back Sunday and wait like 45 minutes for the guy to check my paperwork only for him to tell me the place that approves the retirement isn't open Sundays.... Why he told me to come back Sunday is still a mystery to me. I go back on Monday and wait an hour for this guy to take his break, check my paperwork again, get approval. Every time a tow truck shows up he takes an additional 20 minutes to check them in. It took so long the other employees took pity on me and brought me a chair to sit on. Eventually I got cashed out but it took so long! The office guy was friendly enough but there was no urgency and he wasted a lot of my time. I'm glad I don't have to go back there anymore. There was a friendly kitty that lives in the parking lot. They told me they feed him scraps of food and that a lady comes by daily and feeds him. He wanted pets but he was too grimy, so I just said hi.

    I used to like this place,, but now most of the workers here specially the ladies they are the rudest of them. I think somebody need to take time and train them or teach them about customer service. It's not because your working on mechanical or car store place doesn't mean you need to give attitude to prove that you think you what your doing. I just hate to see bad reviews just because of the workers don't give a damn to there customers. Still in the end of the day that is my opinion..

    Only I can say is their portable toilet is sooo dirty,no tissue and they dont clean it

    This is one of the largest yards around so selection is good. That's why 4 stars. Otherwise it's a picknpull like any other. The end.

The rotor/hub assembly is only available in their Santa Clara store and he offered to have it sent to their store but I have to pick it up the next morning. He informed me that the part will be available at 9 am. When I called the next morning at 9 am, I was notified that the part arrived. We have all the parts installed and my car is up and running in good condition in a couple of days. If I need any parts, I'll come to this place and there's a good chance I'll get them

They had my new battery ready. That's when I noticed it was not a Mopar battery but a Napa battery only a year old. (Forgot I replaced the battery a year before.) I pointed to the date sticker and said "Doesn't this mean the battery is free? Roxanne was working the cash register and she looked at the battery and said " yup it's free." I went to the car got out the receipt and wham, free new battery. I was surprised. Joe came up and said "yes it is free with receipt." Couldn't have been happier. Great service from Roxanne and Joe. And new battery, no charge. Thanks to the both of you. If you want quick and courteous service Napa Auto Parts in Newark. Talk with Roxanne or Joe, the will get you squared away quickly. They are really friendly too.

Instead of being understanding, an employee named Karina was extremely rude, unprofessional, and even threatened to refuse service to him. What makes this worse is that her attitude seemed to come from the fact that my dad is ethnic. That kind of behavior is discriminatory and unacceptable. No one deserves to be treated with disrespect because of their background. AutoZone needs to hold this employee accountable and provide better training on how to treat customers with respect. Absolutely terrible service and manners -- my dad did nothing wrong, and we will not be returning to this location again.

Went with the MPP comfort fixed damping coilovers, MPP rear lower arms, MPP solid front control arm bearings with poly compliance arm bushings. And then added 10mm spacers on all four corners. I run staggered OEM warp wheels. Love the way it drives. I have a M3P and it drives similar to my stock suspension with a little more shock absorption.

    Integrity Like This Is Rare - Rishie at ZevCentric Earned My Trust…read more I had an outstanding experience with Rishie, the owner of ZevCentric, and I can't recommend him highly enough. What started as a simple Tesla wheel alignment issue quickly turned into a costly and potentially unsafe situation involving multiple shops. Wheel Works identified an alignment issue they couldn't fully correct, so I took my car to a Tesla Service Center. Tesla replaced a front suspension component, but the very next day -- as I was driving out of their parking lot -- a loud noise came from the front suspension. When I immediately went back inside, Tesla told me additional repairs were needed and suggested I take the car to a body shop they regularly work with. That shop quoted around $2,000 in repairs. The day before that appointment, I was referred to Rishie at ZevCentric. I canceled everything and booked an inspection with him -- and that decision saved me thousands. During his inspection, Rishie discovered that Tesla had installed a passenger-side front upper control arm on the driver side. Even worse, the incorrectly installed part appeared to be partially zip-tied and taped. This directly explained the noise issues. He clearly documented the problem with photos and video and showed that the wheel position (toe and caster) was visibly incorrect. What truly impressed me was Rishie's integrity. Before I was even officially his customer, he took the time to document everything professionally, write a detailed response for me to give to Tesla, and advise me on how to have the mistake corrected at no cost. He also recommended that I seek reimbursement from Tesla for the cost of his inspection. Rishie did identify one additional suspension item that may need attention in the future, but he was very clear that it was not urgent and did not pressure me to proceed -- a level of honesty that is rare in this industry. Because of Rishie's documentation and guidance, Tesla refunded the inspection cost, an outcome that was entirely his idea. In the end, Rishie made advocated for me as if I were a long-time client. That speaks volumes about his ethics, professionalism, and pride in his work. If you own a Tesla and want someone who is honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely looks out for your best interests, ZevCentric is the place to go. Rishie has earned my trust and my highest recommendation. -- Burlin
