This review is largely influenced by my better half who was the one utilizing the service. I was just along for the adventure. Service was helpful and pleasant. We did not leave with what we came for, unfortunately. We travelled a distance to go to this yard because we were looking for Subarus, which are harder to find. Unfortunately, this means the ones we did were picked over. This is a very cramped yard. No space for a wheelbarrow, rolling tool chest, or dolly in the aisles. Very little room to work to remove parts. Cars were where they were said they would be, though the cars are not numbered, just the aisles. No trouble finding the cars on ticket. A few areas had bridges built where there were spots in the yard where the water drains, so there is obviously thought given to the customer in the yard.

    Entrance

Came with the hubby to look for some car parts for one of our cars. Entrance fee is $2 per person and you get access to all the cars on the lot. You enter through the main building and let them know what car you're looking for. They print out a list for you with all the cars they have on the lot that matches the make/model and year of the car you're looking for. The list of cars are numbered, so it's easier to find them out on the yard. Make sure to bring your tools as this is a pick-a-part yourself junkyard. Also, wear sturdy sneaks because there's a lot of rocks and car parts all over. We've always had luck finding whatever parts we needed but it's really first come first serve type of deal. The prices are reasonable and cheaper than what I've seen other used parts go for. You also have the option of paying them to go look for the part you need but it'll cost you more. If you go that route, than I definitely feel it isn't worth it. Overall though, I was satisfied with what we found and the price we paid for it.

Terrible customers service and high prices. I ordered a new tail light online instead of dealing with these incompetent a$$holes.

The car arrived in a matter of days and we were on our test drive less than 20 minutes after arriving at Carmax. Thank you to our salesman, Russell Killcrece, who had us out the door in our new car that day without any high pressure sales tactics. He made recommendations based on our actual needs and gave good advice, I would certainly send family members to see him. We also did a trade in and had an online quote for the trade in before we arrived at the dealership. Nobody asked for my keys before we did a test drive and decided that we were going to buy. When we made our decision they did a quick inspection and ended up giving us more for our trade in than the online quote.

Paint color on the passenger's side from the front to the quarter panel in the back is a different color from the rest of the car. Furthermore, on closer inspection at a body shop, there is a dent remaining and dirt in the paint scattered throughout the passenger's side. I contacted Carmax sales representative- Scott Snead and he told a service worker to tell me that the passenger's side including the dent and the dirt in the paint were up to CarMax's standards. Apparently, CarMax's "standards" are like having no standards at all. The passenger's rear tire was also leaking from its patch that CarMax had put on there so it's obvious now that damage occurred on the passenger's side that was undisclosed to me during the sale.

All these 5 stars seem to be fake reviews. Look on other places they have 2.6. I wish I did more research. When I brought my family van here, it was running perfect. It just kept saying hot then cold in matter of seconds. They called me first saying easy fix and it be $250 then called back and said o no we found a lot more we need $1800. So we get the work done and now my car smokes, leak fluid, oil pressure goes up, and runs horrible. They tell us we need a PCM in the car which we brought back to get which was only suppose to be $1200. They called us back and said $6000 worth a work is needed and when my husband said for what I thought it needed a PCM, and the guy said oooooo yeah I think that would def work also. They are sooo full of it and I hope God handle these people and this place. I have 6 children and they did this to my family . Also the guy was trying to talk us into abandoning our van to them because of the so called so much work is needed. Yeah hell has a nice place for this place and the people in here. DO NOT GO! THEY DO NOT DESERVE A 1 star they should have -5. I have documents that they stated themselves we had no leaks when they tested our coolant system and now it's nothing but leaks since we got back and has a crack. ‍ What a joke. This place put my babies in harm just so they can have extra money. I wish I would have been patient. I only chose this place because they are right up the street from me and I wanted the small issue fixed with my children being in my car. To your reply to your response we never had high oil pressure in the car at all until you touched it or a crack no where or leaks. You stated the leaks your self in doc below. We brought our car back like 5 times to you and you never fixed nothing just more problems and when we came to get the pcm your company called back saying $6000 worth of work and when my husband mention the pcm you said ooo yeah that would work. Do you guys know about cars or just guess ‍ and you did not speak to my husband the first times it was me. I told you that the car keeps over heating in seconds and my husband just brought you the car. Now the second time he told you on his way home the oil pressure is going up and we never had that issue and you told him to return it which we did and he drives the car home again to park our car in our garage so we can look for another shop because you wanted so much for pcm , we notice fluid all in our garage which we never did before. My husband calls you to let you know and you guys said bring back again, now this time we decided to just go head get the pcm from you guys and that's when you said $6000 worth of work and when he said what about the pcm you said ooo yeah. Like make sense please. Your full of it and just lying but it's okay because God will handle you and your company . Hope you stay cool in hell. Also we never got pics. AGAIN GUYS DO NOT GO HERE!! FULL OF LIES & MONEY HUNGRY. Also I see a lot of bad reviews are by African American people or of colored. . Have a great day

I really wanted a Sorento, and I had bad luck twice the day I bought one from this dealership. It happened the 2 I was looking at, at the dealership in Manassas the one I wanted was sold the night before I went to see it, and the other was on hold and had a deposit. But Mazari Motors in Tyson's called me and said they had one there. I went to look at it. I called and texted with Sam making sure it was able to finance before I arrived. I told him how much I had to put down, and I filled out the finance information. I was told everything was good to go, and to be there by 4pm. He then went on with the financing... instead of a $350 month payment, he got it to $420. Wow, right... Again, I knew my credit wasn't the best, but I agreed. He told me that included GAP and a service contract warranty. For 12,000 or one year, whichever comes first. After I agreed to it and right after I was signing papers he told me, "The bank will call you about the loan. Don't tell them that you are paying the $1,500 on Friday. Tell them you put it all down today." That was a red flag I know... I got the car the last day of February, wasn't cold. I didn't think to try the air conditioning on the car. So, a week later, it was hot out. I turned on the air and guess what?! It didn't work. So I contacted the dealership, no response. So, I called the number to the Fredericksburg dealership on the contract. I talked to the ONLY person there who tried to help me with any of this, Crystal. I told her my situation, and said she would talk to her manager and call me back within an hour. Well then next day I called again. She asked, "My manager didn't call you?" I told her no one called. So she said to hold tight and she would get back with me. By this time it was almost a month since I got my car. I called again on a Saturday and got ahold of Crystal. I told her I had contacted the Tyson's dealership, and no one ever got back to me. My temporary plates were about to expire, and I asked about those too on top of the air conditioning. So finally, her manager (I want to say Bill) called me. He told me that I needed to contact the Tyson's location and to tell them I spoke with Bill and Justin and that I need the policy number for the service contract I have, and to ask for the plates. He told me they always want to take care of their customers, and want them to have a good experience. So I called. When you call there it's like calling someone's personal phone, "Hello." Very unprofessional. I called and spoke to a man and he said he will have someone call back. Sam texted me and said that someone tried to call me, but I was driving. So I texted Sam when I was home and told him about the plates and the air conditioning. He told me in order to get my plates I needed an emissions test. I told him where I live in Culpeper County, you don't. He told me I had to, and that I couldn't get my plates until then. So, I got in touch with Crystal again and told her. I told her how I wasn't getting help from them, and that I don't need an emissions test. By this time, there were several HOT days with my 3 kids and no air. I was livid at this point. So, Justin finally calls me. He made things sound great! He would get my plates taken care of and apologized, and then told me to call the licensed mechanic I want and have them call the service contract place (Wynn's Premier) to get the air taken care of. So, I finally did! Here comes the best part... it wasn't just the air conditioning that was wrong, how about the spark plugs, the leak in the coolant system, and about 5 other things that cost over $2,400... I WAS PISSED. So, after that happened, I texted Justin since I had his number and he told me to call with any questions. (I also wanted documentation of everything). I told him how much it all came out to. Asked to be refunded for this because NOTHING was covered on their Wynns Premier service contract. NO RESPONSE, ever to this day. They only care about money and not quality or their customers.

!!!!!!WARNING CROOKED DEALER AHEAD!!!!!! !!!!!!!DO NOT BUY…read moreHIS CARS!!!!! POS Auto Sales....more like Piece Of Sh!$t Auto Sales.. Ryan is the definition of a corrupt and crooked used car dealer. He lies and knowingly tries to deceive innocent customers just trying to get a reliable means of transportation. Like most people during COVID who are out of work, money is tight. Just a few weeks ago we purchased a used car from him. He told us as well as advertised that the car runs good, and that it was in very excellent condition. And that there were no major problems to worry about. THIS WAS NOT TRUE!!!! Ryan has a few deceptive practices that he uses to lure and con customers into corners and trick them into his scheme. 1: He demands Cash ONLY. And won't start the paperwork until the cash is in his hand. Listen close cause this is were he gets you. 2: He tricks innocent car buys into signing an Odometer Disclosure Statement. Reading the odometer amount is in excess of its mechanical limits. A DMV employee told me this is consistent with someone removing and replacing the entire Odometer. This means his Odometer reading that he displays on his ads may not be fully genuine mileage. 3: But even if u caught it...its to late now for u to change your mind because he already has your money in his hand. 4: He advertises that a State inspection is completed. Be fails to let u know ur responsible for the Emission inspection. And our newly passed "state inspection" vehicle couldn't pass an emission test. 5: He has u sign :As-IS Sold without warranty" document. Knowing that your car probably will have some issues as soon as u leave the hotel. He's got u now. So i took it to mechanic and they told us there was so many issues. Such as no oil in the vehicle, leaking oil, and the entire engine was bad. The mechanic also said someone had unplugged things in the engine compartment and thats somethings weren't being read properly. He informed me that the entire engine would need to be replaced if it was to pass a state emissions test. It took the mechanic 3 days to work on it. I was perplexed on how the car even passed a State Inspection. He probably lied about that too. 6: Lastly to keep this whole scheme going and to prevent any bad reviews from reaching his next victims. This dealer takes advantage of Facebook's review policy. Where they do not publish buyers reviews until after the Seller (Ryan) does his review on them. So by him never reviewing his customers there negative experiences involving him are never publish publicly.
