They don't know cars, don't know aftermarket parts, don't run the vehicles through a safety inspection, and will sell you a damaged vehicle as a clean title. Do not buy a vehicle from this place. They sell their vehicles as is, so once you're off the lot, there's no turning back. 5 min or 5 miles, whatever comes first, that's the warranty you get. read more

****Buyer Beware**** bought my car from InTouch Auto Outlet with the knowledge that the vehicle was fully inspected and in good condition as per the finance manager/salesman. He was adamant to sell the car "As-Is" which now explains why. He knew something was wrong with the vehicle prior to my purchasing the vehicle. So instead of fixing the concerns they sold the vehicle "As-Is" to pass the problem to someone else... me!! A few days after I purchased my car it started flashing signs of "low voltage" system will shut down in 30secs especially when I'd plug my cell phone in to charge. Then the message disappeared. A few weeks went by and my check engine light came on. Took the car for system check and the sensor codes appeared. Two weeks later a "charge voltage service urgent " message appeared. Now my car has been in Volvo service for 5 days. All within the first 45days after purchase. Do yourself a favor and purchase a vehicle from a different dealer. This dealership is shady and will sell you vehicles with mechanical issues and high price tags! read more

I'm leaving a review because I purchased a car here and I just wanted to share my experience. I drove 6 and a half hours to this dealership to get my dream car, which was available no where else within 500 miles of me other than this dealership. The sales guy I worked with was named Nicholas and he was awesome. He was very personable and easy to talk to and he really made my experience a lot more enjoyable after a long car drive on a 100 degree day. Now, the car that I purchased is in good condition and it drives great other than a couple bits of maintenance it clearly needs, but overall I'm happy with the vehicle itself. The reason I'm taking stars off of my rating is because of the financing manager and just the experience of actually purchasing this car. I can't remember his name for the life of me, but the financing guy/manager was just weird and fake and definitely a shady sales type. He was condescending and had this fake smile that I just couldn't stand. He was honestly kind of rude and was just masking it with his surface personality. He made sarcastic remarks that just weren't funny or palatable, quite frankly. While literally in the middle of figuring out my financing options, he asked me to step out of his office to "wait for his vehicle assessor to drive my trade-in". I thought, okay, sure...but he just serviced another couple who he clearly thought were more likely to purchase a vehicle than me, because the vehicle assessor was done driving my trade-in after about 10 minutes, yet I had to wait another 45 minutes after that just because the financing manager was too busy with the other couple to even acknowledge me. When he was done, he didn't even bother to check that the vehicle assessor had completed his task, because I still sat there wondering when we were going to continue my financing options while he just walked around and forgot about me. I had to tell him that my trade-in had been driven already and the assessor had returned a WHILE ago for him to finally remember he left me there waiting. I understand having to help other customers, but the communication was awful and I felt forgotten. Knowing I had another 6 and a half hour drive back home the same day too, I was pretty irritated with having to wait. Although I'm happy with the car I bought, I think they did overcharge me for what the vehicle was worth. I wanted to barter, but this financing guy was adamant he got me the best deal. He told me I HAD to put down more money than I was comfortable with, which I don't think was true, but he said I had no other options. That may be so, but the way he was so passive aggressive about it made me feel worse about signing into a deal with this dealership. I am a sales person myself, so I know the game. Oh, and not to mention, this dealership has a $1000 processing fee just to buy a car with them. I think that's absolute bullshit. Long story short, Nicholas being awesome and my EXTREME desire to get this specific car are the ONLY reasons I went through with this deal. Had I only worked with the financing manager, I would never have bought this car. Give Nicholas a damn raise. I'm a Gen Z myself, and my advice for this dealership is to learn to appeal to the younger generation. Nicholas knows how to relate and talk to people and has a genuine personality. He was also extremely smart and informative. You need more of that and less of the surface sales fluff. Just be honest with people and they're more likely to trust you and work with you. Don't smile in their face and condescend them. I ignored all the shops red flags just to get this car, which I have to dump money into to make better because they didn't do basic maintenance on it because they "have no auto body shop". Give me a break. Oh, and their customer service in general is horrible because I've been put on hold mid-sentence every time I call them and I've been hung up on as well. They clearly have no intention of helping anyone after they sell the car, other than finishing any legal stuff they are required to do. Anyway, I think that you could potentially have a good experience with this dealership if you ask a LOT of questions and make sure you're checking all the details of the car you're purchasing. I checked the KBB and the Carfax for the vehicle I purchased and knew the real facts about the car before I even remotely expressed interest. Do your research. They DO have some decent cars here for fairly good prices. Just be smart. Make sure you're not impulsive like me and put yourself in a bad spot with an "as-is" car. I was willing to put in the work on it because it's my dream, but some people aren't about that life. Make sure you understand what you're buying. read more

Went in looking for a specific truck, needing up leaving after the dealer informed us about all information not widely known, pointed us in the right direction to a truck, more budget friendly, more personalized to us, and literally the exact packages we needed. AFTER purchasing the vehicle, the amazing staff CALLED BACK and said they had gotten us an even lower interest rate more than HALF OF THE ORIGINAL. Went above and beyond even after the sale!! Super friendly, super detailed and helpful, and this has been the only time we have ever written a review because of how enjoyable this experience was compared to other dealerships we have been looking at. I don't see an option to leave negative stars...so I had to go with 1 star I would absolutely never come to and/or recommend your shop to anyone. I stopped by last Thursday and met the rudest sales person in my life. As a person who has worked for dealerships in the past you may need to provide your employee with some training. The sales man (older black male slender with a NY Yankees hat) approached me and my sister with the absolute rudest attitude and treated us as if we couldn't afford anything on the lot. I wish he would have know that I had just come into a settlement and I planned on helping my sister purchase the vehicle and she had pre-approval for the majority maybe he would have acted differently. Therefore, I would recommend that your sales people are trained on the business because numbers are discussed after the test drive not prior to. He made it seem as if picking up the car from a remote location was a hassle for him. He even got smart with me and attempted to engage in an argument. I believe he said "I need to understand what a buyers market looks like" which was a nice condescending touch as a African American woman....as a collector of vehicles I own a 2014 Honda accord, 2017 Toyota Camry, 2017Mercedes GLC and 2018 Audi A6 premium plus. Based on me working on the industry and negotiating several vehicles I believe I am not only aware but I understand the process. read more

Buyer Beware!!! Please consider other honest, polite and professional dealers in the area.  InTouch unfortunately plays into the stereotype of used car dealerships, using intimidation and deceitful tactics.  The vehicle was misrepresented, we were lied to, and they were unwilling to be fair. We purchased a truck from here that we found online, desperately needing a new one as our recent one was totaled.  The deal was made, the truck was represented and they stated that if we paid the down payment ahead of time, they'd hold the truck and we could get it a few days later as we are not from the area.  The first sketchy thing was that they asked for the deposit via Cash App - we went another route. We flew down, baffled by the truck we were shown, as it did not reflect the photos.  The closer we looked, the worse it got.  We had no other means of getting back, and the truck seemed to drive really well.  We convinced ourselves that cosmetics didn't matter, but we did mention it to AK (salesman) and Nomi (business manager).  We went back and forth about the misrepresentation of it, the amount of money that would be needed to fix the things not shown in photos, etc.  We were told multiple times that "we didn't have to buy it" and "they don't usually sell cars without people seeing them first."  1, that's an interesting sales approach. 2, well, you did! We tried to make a deal, which then brought up the "no haggle policy."  It got bad enough that Nomi wrote a check for the amount of the down payment, and rudely kept insisting we take it.  When we asked why, the response was essentially, "we only want happy customers.  We only want people to have a good experience with us.  We want people to leave satisfied with their purchase."  After a bit, we understood; "if you're not going to be a happy, satisfied customer with a good experience, then leave, don't buy the truck."  When we mentioned the things wrong with the truck, the response was "this is not the truck for you."  Without getting into every single detail, the theme of their responses was consistent: dishonest, insulting and offensive. Before leaving, AK went to fill up the truck.  He was gone for about 20 minutes and came back and said "the diesel pump he went to was too slow, so he's going to another one."   As if that wasn't sketchy enough, he left again and was gone for over an hour, when there were multiple other options in the area.  He returned with the truck and the E-brake was hanging from under the truck.  We instantly said something and AK and Nomi said we couldn't prove that it wasn't like that before, and AK proceeded to ask if we were "accusing him of something."  We decided we needed to just get out of there.  We told them we weren't leaving happy and didn't appreciate the way they spoke to us, and were told "if you went to another dealership in the area they would've treated you much worse than we did." We got home, brought the car to the mechanic, and found that there had been a serious oil leak, the tires, brakes and rotors were all had about 20% life left, shocks and struts need replacing. They also told us they were taking care of registering the car and transferring the title.  Two weeks after leaving the dealership and seeing nothing, we reached out, and were told that the controller was "having issues" so they would just send us the paperwork and we could go register it ourselves.  What if we hadn't called?  And what issues? Today, we found a puddle of transmission fluid under the truck, which sparked this review.  The whole experience was a nightmare.  We of course have regrets now, and wish we made some different decisions, but want to save someone else from being disrespected and taken advantage of. read more

2017 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk 4WD $26,495|14,666 miles Based on the pictures on their site I called to get more details on this vehicle. Well, I was told it was a very clean car and was in great shape. I asked specifically about one of the seats that looked delaminated in the picture. I was told it was the camara. I also asked about the low mileage considering it only had 14666 miles but was a 2017. They said it just wasn't driven very often. I drove 1 1/2 hours to confirm what I was told and to look at the car. Attached picture, show what they consider a clean vehicle......... The exterior looked pretty good for a 2017. If I'm buying a used car I expect it to have normal wear and tear. I'm just guessing but with all the rust in the interior of the vehicle, my guess is this vehicle had some water damage in the interior.. The undercarriage looked good but there was rust on several interior parts that really concerned me. They may have some good "USED" cars but "buyer be where". If you aren't willing to inspect a car, pay a good mechanic to look at it for you before you purchase. I didn't need an additional inspection but If the dealer isn't willing to let you have the car inspected, walk away from the deal. The money you spend for the inspection may save you a huge repair bill in your future. Over the last few years I have tried to buy used cars from small dealers and each time I didn't get the feeling they were an honest operation. Bottom line, this experience confirmed my suspicions about the small used car dealers in the area. read more

Buyer Beware!!!! I purchased a 2015 Ram 1500 from Intouch and have been very dissatisfied and would not recommend anyone buy from this dealer. After the purchase I discovered that the roof of the truck had been badly damaged requiring $3,000 repair. Two exhaust manifold studs were broken requiring a $1,200 repair. The emergency brake sticks requiring a $1,800 repair. Intouch hasn't returned my calls and emails regarding these issues. Further, the CARS Protection Plus extended warranty I purchased for $3,495 has proven to be worthless, not paying for any of the claims. Color me extremely unhappy with my experience with both Intouch and CARS Protection Plus. Wish I could leave negative stars for both of these companies. read more

If I could leave negative stars, I would. Two weeks ago we bought my son a car from in touch auto outlet. In under two weeks we found out that the car needed new brakes which were at 2:32 (not sure how that passed safety inspection with them), new struts, new lower control arms new rear shocks , has a blown head gasket and also needs an entire new engine. This car should've been sold to salvage not to a consumer to be driving. As of the time I'm writing this post. I am waiting to hear back from them (going on four days) to see if they will do anything but I highly doubt it since it was bought, as is. If you decide to use this company, have a mechanic fully check out the vehicle and don't waive your warranty option. Our sales person told us this was a good car. There's no way they didn't know some of the things that we have found and looking back it makes sense why every time we went out to get in the car they already had it running. read more

i purchased a 2012 Tahoe from this dealership about a month ago , the truck is beautiful and sounds amazing. the dealers ensured me that it was a good truck and i took their word it , the problem is about a week ago I started hearing a funny noise by the driver side tire long story short the tire caught on fire today when I was driving and yes I have a warranty but that's not the point . the point is I paid 25,000 plus for a truck that caught on fire and now have to put in the shop . also if you buy from this dealer make sure you check the price with someone who knows how much dealer taxes tags etc should be because they will jack the price up! read more

Was sold a car that seemed great! Overpriced but that's kinda standard these days. However less than a month later the car started falling apart. I have now spent over 1200 to fix all the different issues and that's with the crap warranty that didn't cover much(with the highest amount of coverage posssible to get). Don't go to this place.
