I brought my **2021 BMW X7** in because the AC was struggling to keep the cabin cool--definitely not what you want in a luxury SUV. The team at Rick's was professional from the jump. They didn't just throw parts at the problem; they performed a precise diagnostic, identified the cooling issue, and had it blowing ice-cold again in no time. ### Why I Recommend Them: * **Expertise:** They clearly know their way around high-end German engineering. * **Transparency:** They explained the issue clearly and gave me a fair estimate before starting the work. * **Efficiency:** The turnaround time was impressive, especially considering the complexity of the X7's multi-zone climate system. If you're looking for a shop that offers dealership-level quality without the dealership-level runaround, Rick's is the place to go. My X7 feels (and cools) like new again!

The front desk receptionist attempts a fake friendliness but the overall vibe for this place is intolerance. I watched this same receptionist treat the person I was with so much more respect than I was shown, until she realized we were together. Oops!! The employee giving the estimate acted as though he couldn't have been more annoyed. Seems like such an odd way to greet a potential paying customer. He was rude, unfriendly and lacking in basic manners, not to mention customer service. I am extremely underwhelmed with waste of time that was visiting this company. I would never trust them with anything to do with my vehicle. Not to mention the overpriced quote that was basically thrown at me with no explanation. Visiting this location and having to interact with these people has truly been the worst part of my day. It's clear they have no idea how many reputable body shops exist within a two mile radius of their shop? I do not live in Indy anymore but am privy to the unacceptable small mentality that is many times found in towns like this. For some reason I thought things would be different in 2024. Yet here we are. I suggest going to Indy Color for your collision needs. They are immediately kind, friendly, professional, and welcoming to all customers. Their pricing is much more logical. I say venture just a few miles down the street and you will find superior service. No customer should have to beg for reasonable customer service when they plan to spend thousands of dollars. There are other body shops. Writing a review for this place was imperative and I hope this saves you a few minutes. MM your intolerance is showing.

If it hadn't been for a particular in-person visit, my review for Ed Martin Honda would likely be a…read more2-star experience. My car had an unexpected death about three weeks ago. As a wheelchair using driver, it's not particularly quick or easy to identify an appropriate vehicle that will meet my needs. I don't drive a van. I typically have driven a 2-door automatic, however, it has to have enough room between the driver's seat and the door frame that I can put my wheelchair, when folded, in the backseat. When I was younger, these were easy to find. These days? Not so much. I first called Ed Martin Honda as I was curious about a used Honda Civic. I'd had a Civic before, but cars change over the years and I wanted to make sure. I was transferred multiple times trying to find basic answers about the vehicle. At one point, I simply asked if they could measure the space I needed to know about as I'd been able to determine how much room I needed. It was really basic customer service, and they just wouldn't do it. Majorly dropped ball. Somewhat on the flip side, I did an in-person visit and the sales rep definitely went out of the way to let me try a couple of the vehicles. I was definitely impressed, and there was a definite effort to try to think of vehicles that would actually work. That was good customer service, though we didn't actually find a vehicle. For the record, I ended up buying a Honda. If that original associate had been more helpful who knows what could have happened? I learned that both the Civic and the Accord would work (coupe versions, so slightly older). I ended up with an Accord that I'm anxiously waiting for it to arrive. This was a solid mid-range experience, though somewhat disappointing given I've generally heard great things about Martin's customer service. Phone call? Disappointing. In-person? Much better. Overall, I'd still probably return for future needs.
