i found Bill Kitchens Body Shop through a Facebook auto repair post with lots of positive reviews…read more even though it's a small shop, i decided to stop by for an estimate. they gave me an estimate very quickly, and i was able to schedule an appointment immediately. i was surprised by how affordable it was, so i went ahead with the repair. i was also extremely impressed with how quickly they got my car fixed. other shops estimated it would take 2-3 weeks, but Bill Kitchens had it done in just 3 days for about half the price! they also offer a lifetime warranty on their work, which is a huge plus. i would definitely come back if i ever needed more body work done!

Fast forward so Hector came out & said he believed that was not the case charged me over 200.00 & he was incorrect its now the motor.....Smdh. yes I paid the fee which ik that he should not have been paid. So me being me still utilized the service, I had him look at my daughter Dodge Challenger which was over heating, him & his daughter came up with a price of 891.00 this was for a radiator/labor....crazy price. I shopped around & found a radiator from Advance Auto for $268.00 & Hector charged me $300.00 for labor in which I paid. Now this is the most disturbing business practice that is unacceptable, how you charge a diagnostic fee, but tells me that fee will not come off of the LABOR! I've dealt with mechanics before Galvin & long as they did the work than that fee is subtracted from the labor fee. We were given the name of this shop by someone with many years in the automotive industry in the Indianapolis area. We were told they were the best. Unfortunately, we'll never know. Four months after initially contacting this shop and getting an estimate from them, we were told today, they don't work on BMWs any more because they are too complicated with all their computers. We need a hood and a bumper cover. Nothing that requires even remotely doing anything to a computer on my car. In addition, my car is a 2004. There are 2014 Fords with more advanced computers than what my car has. To top it off, my insurance company has already cut them 2 checks to do the work - thank goodness those are still in my possession! I'm not saying this privately owned business has to take every customer that walks in the door. I'm saying that if you don't want someone's business don't string them along for 4 months. I also appreciate the integrity in engaging the insurance companies who want him to install used or remanufactured parts. He simply won't do it. Estimates are accurate and reasonable. Often the final bill is lower. Due to the volume of business and returning satisfied customers, it may take a couple of weeks to get the work scheduled, but it is professionally done and always looks as good as new.
