The owner is very nice and I like that you can text him to make appointments instead of having to call. The only thing I didn't like was that when I arrived for my appointment and rang the bell for someone to come in, it took a solid five minutes. I'm not sure if the bell wasn't loud enough but I believe they didn't hear it, I'm sure they weren't ignoring me. At the end of the day, I would recommend this auto shop and I will use it again.

I WOULD NOT GO HERE!!…read more They did some work on my car a couple years back. The shady work they did has caused faulty wiring to my car overtime. They were to replace a sensor on the underside of my engine. The mechanic that has it now said the cut the wiring harness to my low oil sensor so now if I have low oil the light won't come on. To fix it I have to buy a new oil pan. There is other damage to another wiring harness that has caused my car to not run right. I recall when I had it here after they said they fixed and I was paying someone saying they weren't certified mechanics. It raised eyebrows with me for sure so I never went back to them. Now two years later I am having to pay for damage they caused.

I would have to pick up my purchase and then call my bank to work out the two extra charges. So I canceled the order. Call the store and talk to them, if they still wanted to sell the two items I would stop by later today and pick them up. The moral to this store, Dont purchase anything online with NAPA. The store has nothing to do with the ordering on line. Call day before you need the items and have them order it and have it waiting for you when it arrives. Oh, NAPA's online states they will call you when the item is in, NOT. The store says they don't do that unleased they have done business with you, or you have a large account like a business.

Finding a mechanic who truly understands the complexities of a modern BMW can be a headache, but…read more**Rick's Auto Center** knocked it out of the park. I brought my **2021 BMW X7** in because the AC was struggling to keep the cabin cool--definitely not what you want in a luxury SUV. The team at Rick's was professional from the jump. They didn't just throw parts at the problem; they performed a precise diagnostic, identified the cooling issue, and had it blowing ice-cold again in no time. ### Why I Recommend Them: * **Expertise:** They clearly know their way around high-end German engineering. * **Transparency:** They explained the issue clearly and gave me a fair estimate before starting the work. * **Efficiency:** The turnaround time was impressive, especially considering the complexity of the X7's multi-zone climate system. If you're looking for a shop that offers dealership-level quality without the dealership-level runaround, Rick's is the place to go. My X7 feels (and cools) like new again!
