After contacting our insurance company we were put in contact with Brownsburg Towing. The towing driver, Donny called and confirmed our problem and location. After his call he was there in 30 minutes and provided us with excellent advise and service We were able to check-in our car for repair service and got transportation to get us home late Saturday evening. We appreciate Brownsburg Towing and Donny's assistance in resolving our car problem on Memorial Weekend. Thank you Brownsburg Towing and Donny.

He came prepared with his tools, professional & got to work. After taking off the wheels on the rear of the car he saw that I needed new brake pads, calipers on both sides & a new rotar on the driver's side. James was able to find available new parts close by, gave me the price. Which was fair, upfront and honest. He then went to get the parts, came back and got to work. He even saw that I was 1/4 low on oil & picked that up too! I was able to stay in the comfort & convenience of my home while James took care of everything. I am very pleased & will definitely call upon James at 123 Roadside Service again.

After fighting all day with the rental agency about getting me the right vehicle and them saying they don't have any. Collin's Big Dog Towing, stepped in. I explained to them my problem and situation and Bradford ensured before he left the rental agency that they gave me the right vehicle and he absolutely went above and beyond, knocked it out of the park. And was extremely patient. If anybody ever needs any towing assistance etc in the Indianapolis area these are the people you need to speak to. Bradford, you were nothing short of a miracle and a band-aid on a miserable trip.

At no point did we authorize additional charges, extended transport, or storage beyond this amount. After the vehicle was repossessed, your company unilaterally transported it approximately one hour away without our knowledge or consent and then demanded $950. This charge was communicated only after the fact and was never approved. Following the repossession, we repeatedly requested an invoice so we could promptly resolve the matter and retrieve our vehicle. Despite multiple requests, you failed to provide an invoice in a timely manner while continuing to add fees. This delay prevented us from mitigating costs and recovering our property. You later increased the demand to $1,300 plus an additional $500 for delivery back to our lot. Acting in good faith and solely to recover the vehicle, we agreed to the $500 delivery fee. Despite this, we were informed that your company filed a lien on the vehicle. We dispute all unauthorized charges and dispute the validity of any lien filed. The additional fees resulted from unilateral actions and delays caused by your company, not by any agreement on our part. We request immediate written documentation supporting the lien, a detailed itemized invoice, confirmation that no further fees will be added, and cooperation to release the vehicle upon payment of agreed and reasonable charges only. If this matter is not resolved promptly, we will pursue all available remedies, including complaints with state licensing authorities and legal action if necessary.

I posted this on a different forum, and now m cross-posting it here: Story time: There was a place on South Side of Indianapolis: 3-D Carburetor. I'm thinking they're the Dire or Dwire family, & 3 of 'em were the mechanics. This is more than 20 years ago. Apologies if I'm bungling their surname. They kept me employed by keeping my POSs running. A few times they put parts I'd pulled from junkyard. They'd warranty the workmanship, but not a part I got from god knows where. They'd also order new parts for people, but that was rarely a problem I had. Never had an issue. Never left feeling screwed over. More than once they worked up to or past their closing time to get my roommate or me underway to the far north side where we worked. Once, they even let me bring them cash the next morning instead of making me find an ATM and be late. Paying dealership prices and dealing with dealership level responsibility hot potato and I would have been unemployed followed shortly by homeless. I can't thank them enough. Excellent mechanics, and all around very decent people. 5/5 would recommend all day. I can't say enough nice things about them. Keep being awesome! Cheers!
